I went for it. Gonna try and get a set of figures too.

should I get the toystory pair to make a pair with a new 'world' or should I get a set with characters from thw same world as in the starter set?

do the villans do different/extra to normal characters?
are the characters compatible with all consoles?

I've also got disney infinity in my basket and am hand wringing over whether to buy it, wait for 2.0 to come back or just not bother. DS is getting wii u for Christmas and I already have the new skylanders starter set for him and too much other stuff

I probably wouldn't have but for complex reasons I need to get something for DD3 to play on the PS3 and at £17 this was cheaper than any 'normal' game anyway so went for it.

I don't think I would do both disney infinity and skylanders tho

I was so chuffed that I managed to get the Melissa and doug threading beads....until....I just read the confirmation email and realised I bought them full price! First Black Friday purchase was a fail

A lot of it is. The vacuum I got today was the same price in Argos. However, I did need one and I get free delivery so I went with it. It was nowhere to be seen at the £200 they advertised it for.

Edwinia - any particular reason you wouldn't do both? This is our first foray into consoles etc. It took me ages to decide on skylanders but I think D's would like the toy box on infinity. I got skylanders free with club card reward points or I wouldn't even entertain getting another set.

Amazon are a bit naughty. The default delivery setting is always on the first class opion never Supersaver - I managed to keep my cool and change it to the free delivery option just before the current deal ran out. I've almost been caught out before. I wonder how many people are stung on unnecessary delivery charges?

i have bought so much from lightening deals! I have almost finished! I don't normally start until december either!

I've got a prime trial, but I'm choosing the no rush option for delivery. Apparently, I'll get £1 credit when each order is dispatched. Might end up with quite a few £s towards something by the end if the week.

Em, I signed up for the 30 day free trial of Prime so i get free delivery, i have set reminder to cancel it. However, that is a bit sneaky!

I've been very good and resisted buying everything so far, there's a DVD set that DH likes so if it drops enough I'll buy it for him, otherwise I'll be hoping for something extra special tomorrow!

My Prime membership is taking a battering lol. I may have bought another a sewing machine on the basis that I wanted needed one where I could lower the feed dogs but I did manage to get DH a sat nav. I have been sitting with a sheet of paper last thing at night and marking down what I want to look at the following day and the times.

I may have missed my pilates class this morning to get the sat nav DS may also have received a panicked phone call from DD telling him to go on my laptop and put the sewing machine in my basket because I was stuck in traffic dratted clubs. I now know my Yodel delivery guy's name and the postman just opens my front door to put the parcels in I may have to slip them something in a Christmas card

Got a camera today (for me!!!) which claimed to to 48% off, though it wasn't it was 37% less than the price it is at now - however I did get it for less than it is in the shops and it came with a tripod and case extra so I'm happy with that.

You'd want to have had done a bit of research before you buy anything just to be sure it really is a bargin
