Thought it might be nice to have a separate thread here :) Let the lightening clicking begin Grin

I noticed over the past few weeks that there's been 2 prime listings for some items. Presumably the more expensive listing is the one that's ended up as a deal, where it's gone into the lightning sale.

There was some Lego and Duplo in the sale, last year, Schmeegle, so it's worth keeping an eye out.

MoominKoalaAndMiniMoom · 25/11/2014 12:43

Just got the Amazon Prime trial so free one-day delivery yay! And just ordered the Joss Whedon book, one of OH's christmas presents sorted.

colleysmill · 25/11/2014 12:48

Ooooh just found this thread. Is there any chance something like a Nintendo ds might be on offer (hopeful)

naylerparis · 25/11/2014 12:52

Just got the George Michael album...DM bought the normal version but it doesn't have the song she wanted on so wanted to get it for her for Xmas but damed if I'm paying £13+ for a duplicate album....for £6 I'm thrilled!

Aiming for the liquorice in a few mins! Needs to be cheap as ive got to post it to Turkey!

crazykat · 25/11/2014 13:01

You need to check the postage options as well. I was in a rush yesterday morning to get the x-men DVD before school and ended up paying £3 delivery for that and another item. I still saved overall as the DVD is £10-£15 in the shops but its annoying.

Argos have some Lego and duplo in their sale which is on until today though there aren't many in stock depending one where you live.

Tortoise · 25/11/2014 13:08

Don't think the liquorice is reduced enough. But just found a website, fillerchecker.co.uk you put in the amount you need to spend to get free delivery and it shows you all the cheap items!

schmeegle · 25/11/2014 13:16

thanks crazycat and *ouryve

I bought the Melissa and Doug castle yesterday for £38 (I think) but I cancelled it this morning. I got sale happy I think! I've already bought him the little people castle, don't think he needs another one!

I bought the elgetto(?) this morning, ds1 has been going on about having one for ages, I'm not entirely sure what it is something xbox related I think. I was in the doctors at the time and think I made myself look very ignorant by watching the amazon count down, then the watch list, missed my 3 minutes and had to start again but got it in the end.

I missed out on the electric blanket thought which was what I really wanted.

pigsinmud · 25/11/2014 13:31

I'm really missing my prime account. I refused to renew it when it merged with lovefilm instant. Mind you have noticed how my Amazon shopping has stored a lot!

pigsinmud · 25/11/2014 13:31

dropped not stored

BlackbirdOnTheWire · 25/11/2014 13:39

M&D castle was £34.99. About a fiver more expensive than TK Maxx a couple of weeks ago...

M&D giraffe was around £33. I had it in my basket before deciding I really don't need a giraffe. Cute though!

ICantDecideOnAUsername · 25/11/2014 13:40

So far I've bought: Leap pad (half price -very pleased) for DS for xmas, calendar, Philips Lumea thingy (£175 - gulp - good reviews across web though), FP My potty for DS, Watch for DH for xmas, book for DF for xmas.

Someone stop me......!

Housemum · 25/11/2014 13:48

So far have bought a Vax steam cleaner (great value as I will flog my current cleaner and separate handheld one on local FB site to go towards it), and DD1's boyfriend has bought her the Disney Infinity Marvel set. Sadly I forgot to log back on for the Idina Mendes Christmas CD (which to be fair I didn't even know I needed!). Would like to see a Nespresso machine in the deals.

Theonlyoneiknow · 25/11/2014 13:52
