My downstairs w/c always gets "broken" at this time of year, I create some spiel about DP blocking it beyond repair and lock it from the outside, then Father Christmas kindly fixes it on Christmas Eve like the helpful chap he is Grin

WheresTheCoffee · 23/10/2014 19:09

My eyes! Neddle!

trikken · 23/10/2014 19:12

Probably already been mentioned but just got an email with a 'friends and family' code for 20% off at m&s. OCT14EM

woowoo22 · 23/10/2014 19:15

Don't buy the Amazon flashing rings £1.04 mentioned in the op. It states that you get 12 but you only get one. I'm not the only one to have been conned, judging by the Amazon reviews.

Also I checked up as to why I hadn't got my personalised Cola bottles. Apparently they were delivered on 6th October...by Yodel. Or not, as the case may be Angry

JingleSpud · 23/10/2014 19:36

I hide everything in the cupboard under the stairs.

In Amazon boxes.

My kids just think i have a box fettish.

ipswichwitch · 23/10/2014 19:36

Thread 13 already? Must go back to 12 and see if I missed anything!

SpottyTeacakes · 23/10/2014 19:39

I usually hide like in my tricky-to-open bedroom cupboard but dp has moved them all under dd's bed Confused (it has a massive space behind the drawers) so I have no idea what I've bought!

NorksEnormous · 23/10/2014 19:41

A few threads ago someone posted that their MIL (I think!!) loved costa coffee??

Argos have a costa coffee gift range all with 20% off here www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SearchMobile?storeId=10151&catalogId=24551&langId=110&searchTerm=Costa

trikken · 23/10/2014 19:41

Sorry meant to add its on m&s' s homeware, beauty and clothing. OCT14EM

Chimchar · 23/10/2014 19:47

Thanks for the adventure time info. Will search around tonight once the kids have gone to bed. Ds is nearly 11 but very tall. She can wear a ladies size 6/8 so adult clothes are fine.
Will look in asda too. Thanks. Smile
