enough does it have to be a ziddizoom? They are atrocious. They keep adding fancy features but the megapixel count is still ridiculously low.

2kidsintow · 19/10/2014 18:34

Who was interested in a deal on electic scooters (for children, not the mobility kind)? Groupon have them for £60 something here.

www.groupon.co.uk/deals/national-deal/gg-groupon-goods-global-gmb-h-78-6/46743748

Not sure if that's a good deal or not. DD would love one, but she can't have them as
a) they aren't legal to be driven/riden on the road and
b) they aren't legal to be driven/riden on the pavements either.

You can only use them on your own property.

trikken · 19/10/2014 18:56

Just bought the snow glow elsa fron tesco for £34.99 but got £3.50 staff discount off and have done click and collect so its not too bad. Was just a bit worried if I waited I might not be able to get one at all.

ConsiderablyBiggerBuns · 19/10/2014 18:58

Hi tits, my DD is dragon mad. She has both the dragons marne2 links too. The hansa one is beautiful and more lifelike but the Melissa and Doug one is huge and very good for the price, I managed to find it on eBay for only about £25 a couple of years ago. She loves them both. If you were thinking cheaper, I can recommend the webkinz dragons, which have an interactive internet game code with them, but searching dragon on amazon or eBay will bring up loads.

Moltenpink · 19/10/2014 19:11

3kidsintow I'm not sure how good the lightening deals are, but I got this deal
Pink 3ds £84
Then I used the rakuten code on this thread to get an art academy game for about £3. (Also signed up again and got a five outfit dressing up box for £2.70 deliveredGrin)

SmileAndNod · 19/10/2014 19:18

Is the molton brown code a one time use only? Or could I use it a couple of times do you know?

2kidsintow · 19/10/2014 19:19

Thanks Molton. But the code that I get on that link says that it's linked to someone elses account and won't work. Never mind. It was worth a try.

waithorse · 19/10/2014 19:20

Smile, it's one time only. Unless you have multiple email addresses

Soft bodies tiny tears doll 1/2 price

notenoughtogoround · 19/10/2014 19:34

iheart not particularly-I didn't realise that about the kiddizoom-any other recommendations for something similar for a four year old girl? Thanks

Titsalinabumsquash · 19/10/2014 19:54

Thanks for all the dragon links and info, we have the Ikea one, DS3 is only 2 but is dragon obsessed. I'll have a look around eBay. Smile

NorksEnormous · 19/10/2014 20:00

Ooo what's the rakuten code?? Doing a bit of online shopping tonight!

pigleychez · 19/10/2014 20:02

Thanks for the Ebay recommendations for the Lego windows and doors. MooseyMoo I agree its odd to discontinue something that you think would be a main part of building.Confused I wonder if we will be bidding against each other on something :)

Have one day out and feel like ive got so much to catch up on! Took the girls to a pick your own pumpkin farm which was fab (although rather muddy!) Feeling very autumnal now.... which means only one thing.... Xmas is coming! Grin

2kidsintow · 19/10/2014 20:12

Less than ten weeks to go.

RJnomore · 19/10/2014 20:19

Who was looking for a build a bear "how to train your dragon" a few threads ago?

Was in with dd2 today and toothless is now in store! As of last Friday.

Mipe · 19/10/2014 20:23

Have finally signed up with Topcashback and ordered the 2 Disney dvd's, how soon does the cashback normally show up as 'pending' on your account?

ModerationInEverything · 19/10/2014 20:35

Titsalinabumsquash They have this one in our local museum. I love him and could play with him for hours. Warning, he is not a bargain and you may fall in love.

beautiful dragon

PoopPoooDeDooo · 19/10/2014 20:36

Thanks for that Reastie , I'd ordered last night before the comment about lots of adverts so I'm really pleased to hear that kidsintow

I'm also considering the horrible history mags but really wanted a monthly subscription as I ended up keeping the Toucan box going for DD as she loved the trial one.

Moltenpink · 19/10/2014 20:37

The rakuten code was launchfive for £5 off £7. It doesn't work if you check out as a guest because there's nowhere to enter it. Lots of the stocking fillers seem to be free delivery, so it looks like a good deal.

TwigletLola · 19/10/2014 20:43

Just ordered the Lego advent calendar for DP, yay!

If anyone's ordering from Joules, Topcashback has 10% off plus free delivery and 5.25% cashback, ends tomorrow: www.topcashback.co.uk/joules_clothing/

GerrardWinstanley · 19/10/2014 20:59

not enough my DDs got kiddizooms last Christmas - aged 3 and 6 - and they are one of their most played with toys ever. You do need to buy an extra micro SD card for them tho as the built in memory is rubbish. With the extra memory card they are fab IMO. In fact my major complaint is the video function which means my DDs have been able to keep me under surveillance for the last 10 months. I'm sure they have enough video evidence for a SS intervention by now Confused

Last year The Entertainer had them down to £30 in November. SD cards were a couple of quid each from amazon

pantshavenames · 19/10/2014 21:01

www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=4805 for Lego doors etc if you are happy with second hand? (It is the kind of place where they appreciate an original box Smile) be wary of postage charges as they can be extortionate.

Neeko · 19/10/2014 21:02

Started writing my Christmas cards tonight and have ordered DD1's main present. Feeling Christmassy now. Smile
