Could someone please link me to the map.

I also had a problem with the use by date of the baileys chocolate luxe - October is no good when the order arrives in September - and so have contacted Amazon who have refunded the full amount.

lucysmam · 08/09/2014 10:44

This isn't a Christmas request but you lot are good at hunting out amazon bargains so thought I'd ask here...

Has anyone seen a super cheap pack of latex gloves on amazon that I could use for hair dyeing?

Had a disaster last night - one of the rattley plastic gloves that comes with my dye split, so I now have fetching reddish brown nails on my right hand Confused I figure latex might be less likely to split.

KE girl thanks for the recommendation for the frozen dolls, DDs came this morning and they are fab! Smile

PumpkinsMummy · 08/09/2014 11:15

Am now worried all my Aliexpress goodies will be seized by customs, I am hoping they just mean great big shipments not my lovely frozen plushes!

lucysmam · 08/09/2014 11:35

pigley I've only just seen your comment about the frozen watches, I'll pass too if they don't get good reviews! Thanks Smile

lauriebear · 08/09/2014 11:45

Could anyone possibly help me find cheaper Sylvanian families Koalas? Niece is asking for them from DM they seem to be the only ones not going on sale on amazon :(

KEGirlOnFire · 08/09/2014 12:33

Thanks for the link to the Popcorn maker. I'm going to order one. Tassimo Hot Chocolate and Popcorn for Xmas Eve then!! Smile

Myhensareladies · 08/09/2014 12:57

thanks for the popcorn link Grin

NorksEnormous · 08/09/2014 13:12

Laurie the cheapest I can see it for is £15.99. Toys r us have some other families reduced to £7.99-can you not convince her she would rather have an otter family or a red panda family GrinWink

Gatekeeper · 08/09/2014 13:15

have just received this bag and am very impressed with it. Only £2.99 delivered

lauriebear · 08/09/2014 13:23

Thanks NorksEnormous ! Thats the cheapest I could find - apparently she is "collecting them all" and the koalas are non negotiable Hmm she also wants a pink wig... Bit of a PITA I'd be happy with a red panda any day of the week might get her that from me

ItStillLooksLikeRainDear · 08/09/2014 13:34

laurie track the price of them on camelcamelcamel. They may well be reduced sometime before Christmas as other sets have been.

Spotted v nice big throws in fair isle pattern for £10 in primark & double duvet covers for £12.

Mrsbaconandbeans · 08/09/2014 13:36

LaurieBear how about ebay?

kiwidreamer · 08/09/2014 13:48

lucysmam I got a box of latex gloves from Home Bargains a while back, didn't cost much at all, couple of quid. I use them for mucky jobs so I can bin them easily, seem to be pretty strong.

IAmAPaleontologist · 08/09/2014 13:49

I'm a lurker on this thread letting you lot find the bargains Grin.

However, today I went to Sainsbury's and if any of you have small Octonauts fans I got a 35 piece puzzle for 90p and Peso and the deep sea octo buggy set as sold for £14.99 on Amazon for £2.75. That's ds2's stocking pretty much sorted then!

They also had various Hello Kitty sets such as this little mermaid one vastly reduced as in under £2. Lots of other nice things on the clearance shelves. Plus lots of stationary half price so I got lots of notebooks, pretty tins of colouring pencils, purses, stickers etc for around £1 each including the whole of the Owl and the Pussycat range so have a lovely little set there that will either end up in Dd's stocking if she requests crayons and stickers as usual or will go in my present drawer for parties.

KittyMouseRocks · 08/09/2014 13:56

Lots of Hello Kitty make up in Poundland. Perfect for advent calendars / stocking fillers. I just got a nail varnish as DD is only 4. Very cute as bottles/packaging is Hello Kitty shaped.

momwhereismy · 08/09/2014 13:58

Marking my spot! You ladies work fast, i saw this back in may!

Mrsbaconandbeans · 08/09/2014 14:08

Beckhams womens perfume - good for teenagers perhaps? 6 left reduced from £32 to £6.99

www.amazon.co.uk/Dvb-Beckham-Signature-Women-Toilette/dp/B001KWH8A2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1410181611&sr=8-3&keywords=christmas+deals

TheOneWithTheHair · 08/09/2014 14:21

Now the holidays have finished I'm ready to get my Christmas head on.

Going to read back. :)

AliceLidl · 08/09/2014 14:32

Home Bargains had some Christmas stuff in today.

Including giant Christmas crackers and Nickelodeon selection boxes (99p).

There's not a lot of it yet, as they also have their halloween things in, but they have started Grin

Finlaggan · 08/09/2014 14:45

finally I can contribute! The large lego storage head is down to £12.54 on amazon. Its been up & down all week but I keep missing it. Just purchased at last Smile

bookcave · 08/09/2014 14:46

I received a Frozen Anna dress today from Aliexpress - the winter outfit with the red cape. It's absolutely gorgeous. I bought an age 5/120cm and it's exactly the same length etc as the age 5-6 Snow White dress I've bought from Sainsbury. I bought from Baby Ting's Store for £6.62 and I'm really impressed. Quality looks good and none of the glitter is shedding at all which is a lot more than I can say for any dress-up I've bought from Asda or Sainsbury. DD usually wears age 4 clothes but I always buy dressup in a bigger size as everywhere seems to make it smaller than "real" clothes. So I'd say the sizing is consistent with supermarket costumes rather than supermarket everyday wear. It was despatched within 24 hours of ordering and received in under 2 weeks.
