Ahem, I can’t actually remember if I updated the links from 2 threads ago. I think I have, but I’m not sure. If you spot any links that don’t work and you’ve already told me please tell me again in bold and sorry.

I've managed to get as far as half way through the last one (I know, I know, could do better) so if there's anything you think from the last thread that got missed off please let me know and I'll amend for next one.

Have a couple challenges if anyone is up to it?

My god daughter is 16 in September and I am doing "16 presents starting with N" for her as her name begins with an N. (necklace, new look voucher, noodles etc). One of the items is a nightlight.

I had bookmarked a Barbie one on amazon but it went out of stock. I then ordered the two pack of wee rabbit lights from ages back on here but they haven't arrived. I've raised a query with amazon but worried reordering now they won't be here in time.

Can anyone find me a Barbie nightlight for under £5 or another nightlight that would be suitable for a joke present for a 16yo?

The other challenge - dd1 wants a bigg jewellery box for Xmas, any suggestions appreciated, started looking and my minds boggled at how many there are!

Just catching up - have ordered the puppets linked to ages ago, will make a great stocking filler.

Was also going to mention The Book People sale but can see I've been beaten to it. Will def give the codes a try - they are only a few miles down the road so really begrudge paying for delivery (daft I know ) but as far as I can work out there's no option to just go and collect your order. They do have some great warehouse sales there sometimes though.

Help! DD (13) wants GHDs. Actual, real GHDs. I'm a curly girl so have no clue. I'm aware they are expensive so if anyone knows how to get cheaper (genuine) GHDs I'd be very grateful. It's all she wants so would like to manage them.

I received one of DD's Frozen Dresses from Ali Express yesterday too. I'm really pleased and as much as I have been stressing that I ordered the wrong size I think it should just be ok. I ordered 4T for my nearly 4 yo DD who is in 3-4 and I think it will fit fine on the body but may just be a bit short...oh actually I am wondering whether to order one in a size 5 and see if that is any longer but I don't want it to be too much bigger on the body hhmm??

Anyhow it is really lovely and arrived in 10 days - the seller is Stephen din.

Oh that's fab Sheba thank you. All the ones I could find were American and the postage was huge. I've bought a Swarovski necklace and some Nicky minaj perfume so everything else is to be cheap and cheerful.

Only question - do you think it matters that it's been used? Would it bother you to gift or to receive in these circumstances?

RJ would any of these work ? You might find some other good cheap N bits there so postage cost makes it worthwhile.

nanny Amazon do a variety of photo frames. Was it the style or sentiment of a friends photo frame you were after.

Bargains galore this weekend:

Duplo Number Train £6.50 in Sainsburys along with so many bargain toys and stationary.
Morrisons Nutmeg clothing - 5pks of socks £2, 3 pairs of tights £3 etc.
Tassimo pods £3 in morrisons to go with the coffee machine I ordered too.

I've bought DH a nespresso, wonder if tassimo pods fit it?
