First new thread of 2014. So, who else is over past half way done? please don't tell me I'm the only one

Huge OP post will start back soon, but is on summer holidays until things pick up again (unless anyone wants me to stick on something?)

Home Bargains have One Direction mugs for 99p, come in a gift box too.

Also at Home Bargains Lego Friends books for 49p, there are different books - sticker, story, activities etc and some of them come with pieces of lego too!

Morrisons have some little sets reduced to 50p - make your own book mark, make your own friendship bracelets and some others. I think they'd make good stocking fillers.

Morrisons also had some of their toiletries reduced - I can't think of the make but I think it's their own version of Soap of Glory - similar packaging etc. There was stuff reduced to 50p/£1 from £3/4.

Thanks MotorLoo, I'd found some bargains on The Entertainer page but a lot of it is OOS. Hoping to grab some in store once DDs chicken pox are no longer contagious.

Lottie, which argos disney link was it? If it's the nightie it didn't work for me either but I went to the argos homepage and selected 'clearance' items and from there girls clothing. I think it was the last but one item.

There is actually an outlet section on ELC website. Loads of different offers including wooden dolls/barbie house reduced from 140 to 70. Dd got one a couple of years ago and still plays constantly with it.

And Rosie's Doll House reduced from £75 to £35.

Had a bit of a nightmare with the disney nightie today. Reserved it yesterday for £2.99 as per the previous post. Went to collect it today, typed in my reservation number and it wanted to charge me £7.99! I told the till lady who checked and said it has never been £2.99, the cheapest it has been is £4.99 Hmm. I know it's only a couple of £ difference but didn't want to pay out of principle. Luckily I had my confirmation email from argos to hand which I showed I'd reserved it for £2.99 so after conferring with two colleagues she let me have it for £2.99. Just wanted to warn anyone buying the nightie to take your confirmation email with you!
