Lady use the Xmas list app, you can keep track of gifts, price and where you've hidden them :o

In Sainsburys today the kitchen themed toys (plastic kettle, sauce pan set, tea set, etc, and a nice small wooden cooker thing) were all half price (and seemingly were pretty cheap to start with). They are in a sort of turquoise colour-way.

One of my work colleagues makes headbands, bobbles, slides, bracelets etc. her frozen range is really sweet. I've grabbed a few for friends little ones. I can see if she's got a website/eBay listing thingy if anyone is interested.

Also I want for dd the little tykes wooden kitchen, I've seen it down to £150. Is there anywhere you can register you want something and it alerts you too best prices?

lucysmam · 24/05/2014 22:13

Ratbag, I'd be interested, please Smile

AuditAngel · 24/05/2014 22:23

Reastie, thanks for all your work. I already have a big bargain basket in Amazon!

Earlier in the week HUKD had these Hello Kitty bags from Argos.

Ok, well, I have now bought my second batch of Christmas presents! I just have to make sure DH doesn't find them.

The app mentioned above, is it password protected? I don't want the kids to find out what they have......

daddykyller · 25/05/2014 00:14

These wipes have gone back cheap again:

Huggies Pure Baby Wipes - 10 x Packs of 64 (640 Wipes)

down to £7.62 & FREE Delivery

LottieAndTheDinosaur · 25/05/2014 00:42

Woohoo the Christmas Bargain thread Smile thanks Reastie.
I must show some restraint this year though and only buy something if there is an intended receipient!

SqutterNutBaush · 25/05/2014 00:57

You can set a password for the app :)

MooseyMoo · 25/05/2014 07:57

ratbag Yes, I would also be interested if your work colleague's etsy/website

You can use camelcamelcamel.com to set price alerts. Find the product on Amazon, paste URL and set alert (ie how much you want to pay).

Ill speak to her when I'm back at work Weds. She does lots of craft fairs etc. this is the sort of thing she does.

Yay, Reastie the Christmas Angel is back!

The nautical bracelet is perfect for my SIL.

I'll try and contribute more this year.

Jojay · 25/05/2014 09:57

The app I used last year for keep track of purchases, was No More Socks. It was fab, never felt so organised!

Mipe · 25/05/2014 13:39

I use the No More Socks app :)

Ladymoods · 25/05/2014 13:56

Unashamedly marking my place.

I hate summer, hay fever is horrendous, this thread is just what I need. I'm now so excited that I shall be creating my spreadsheet this evening!

Thanks Reastie!

On bargain hunters they have found a really cool 2 litre keg for just a pound lol- amazing. Hopefully beer will go nicely in it :) www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=639369219485790&set=gm.257885357728560&type=1&theater

SagaNorensLeatherTrousers · 25/05/2014 16:15

Ahh, thanks Reastie.

I need this thread as an antidote to the ones that ruffle my feathers. It's so lovely and cosy and...Christmassy in here.

lucysmam · 25/05/2014 17:57

daddykyller your link doesn't go anywhere.

daddykyller · 25/05/2014 18:33

This might not be such a "bargain" for some people if you prefer android ( I prefer android too), but here it is anyway- never been so 'cheap' :

Apple iPad with Retina display (4th generation) 16GB WiFI
£299 on Tesco Direct AND you can use the voucher code TDX-LVY3 to get £20 off making it £279. This also comes with a 3 year guarantee.
As a comparison it's £329 direct from Apple and you only get a 1 year guarantee there. Plus you get the clubcard points with Tesco too

I'm excited! Found you and I didn't know that the Christmas countdown had begun. It is too early for mulled wine? Apart from January sales bargains (stored in my bargain Christmas bag from not on the high street) I haven't done much yet but will get my Christmas head on and post anything I find??
