Do girls continue to row after their periods start?

I think my dd is starting puberty - she's starting to get sweaty, some spots ad she definitely moody. I've read somewhere that once her periods start she will stop growing. Is this true cos although she's tall at the moment it wouldn't be considered tall enough for an adult.

I got to 5'6'' when I was about 14 and didn't grow another itsy bit ever since then.

lol at spelling mistake. I was thinking how to broach it gently that the rows were only going to get worse!

(oh and periods started at just 11 (I think, can barely remember) so I definitely grew after that)

I stopped growing at 14, much to the relief of my Mum and myself! I grew 6 inches in 6 months, ate and slept for Britain and didn't manage a full week in school for two terms as I was so tired. After it slowed down I grew another inch or so before stopping at 6 foot at 14

meant to say, my periods started in the middle of the growing spurt, at age 13.5

Haha I was going to say more likely to argue after!
