I just pulled a 12 inch hare out of my baby's bottom. Is that okay?

My hair is really long and gets everywhere. I opened up ds's nappy and there were a couple of hairs. I was just pulling one out and it was a bit stuck. It was actually coming out of ds's bottom. He must have eaten it. Now I'm worried that he might get hair wrapped around his internal organs or something. Or get furballs at the very least.

Should I be worried?

Should I shave my head?

Ok this thread was a whole lot more interesting when I thought you were talking about a 12" rabbit.

JacksFirstChristmasMama · 04/12/2008 02:08

Admit it, you did that typo on purpose because it's late in the evening, and we all need a laugh.

My mate found dog hair in her ds's nappy!

I found my long hair in my ds's nappy, but just presumed it was while I'm changing him - sure your ds will be fine Broccoli.

The thread title did make me lol - 'fraid you won't be living this down

TipsyFairydifferentID · 04/12/2008 07:52

you're sure he doesn't have other wildlife in there too?

foxytocin · 04/12/2008 07:54

Broccli - I just spat coffee over my keyboard!

Are you going to use him as your magician's assistant?!!!

You are being v funny this week - I think I may stalk you!!

For shock value alone try finding a whole pickled onion in a nappy as I did years ago. The lo in question had grabbed it from DH's plate and swallowed it whole.

As she seemed fine other than screwing her face up as the vinegar caught her throat I presumed it would be digested. I was wrong

oh this is funny, and yay, we have santa smilies for the occasion too!!

My children did the same tho, and they are pretty much ok (as far as I can tell at least).

I will raise the hair bobble tho and add in a nappy pin (altho not my DD, my friend's DD at 8mths)
