Rash/welts on dds chest. Anyone seen this before?

Dd (12) has just shown me this rash on her chest. It looks like she has clawed at herself but says she hasn't. She said it's itchy and hurts. Not surprised, it looks sore bless her. Any ideas. Her breasts are developing - could this be hormonal?

How is your DD doing today OP? I hope she's less uncomfortable. Has she been able to get out in the snow?

Much better thank you. She was off school yesterday as couldn't wear clothes at all but she went back today. 48 hours of antibiotics and it's much better. So odd. Not much snow here yet, but girls keep asking Alexa if it's coming and will the school be closed Grin
