Joseph's ongoing journey with Neuroblastoma

I've lost count of the thread number now, but my 3 year old DS, Joseph, was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer called neuroblastoma last year.

Part-way through treatment he has relapsed (currently still clarifying that, but it's almost guaranteed) and at that point long-term survival is less than 5%.

He is beautiful and wonderful.

So so delighted for you. What a time you have had.
I am checking all day for updates.
I could not quite believe it.
Tears of joy for you and your beautiful boy .

Heavywheezing...I'm willing to bet the Trazzles do feel frazzled at times..and anyway they're quite a nice crisp.

I am utterly at a loss for words. Having had the dreaded C hanging around several friends lately, and reading about Joe, I'd braced myself for bad news tonight.

Well I mentioned a little girl near me who is being treated fir cancer. She had an op earlier this week which apparently went well :-)

More tears here. Started reading the thread and got inspired so stopped reading thread to sign DH and myself up to visit the vampires and give blood for the first time. That sorted I return to thread to read that clever superzimmer Joe has managed to banish it from his head. That boy is an absolute star. Bravo Joe, bravo Trazzles and family and wish you all a very special weekend. Big unMN hugs to you all xxx

(DH had to leave the room - think he was blubbing too!)
