Well thought I would wake you all up

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
PinkChick · 24/11/2008 19:43

if you're unsure Katy, just set in place a longer settling in period than normal to make sure your both happy?

PinkChick · 24/11/2008 19:44

oh hang on do you mean NO settling in period or NO settling in sessions????
if theyre pushing for NO settling in 'period' id have to wonder why???

KatyMac · 24/11/2008 19:44

I just worry about a child being thrust into F/T childcare with no warning/run in

KatyMac · 24/11/2008 19:45

No it's the sessions

The no penalty period in the contract will be waaaay longer (I think)

PinkChick · 24/11/2008 19:53

ah well id just say as she hasnt brought child for your standard settling in period of x times over x weeks, then your settling in period would be x weeks instead of y so you can both ensure you are both happy with eachother and know you can give the care required.
