Tax free childcare payment not cleared

Hi all,

I transferred over my payment via BACS from my bank account to the TFC account first thing on Sunday morning. The website says

<<The quickest way to do this is by paying from your bank account
Set up a standing order or make a one off deposit from your bank account. This should usually show as cleared funds in your childcare account within 2 hours but can sometimes take up to 24 hours.>>

However it's been 48hrs! I'm assuming this is because of the bank holiday/weekend... Has it worked for anyone else? I'm stressing that my money has gone walkies - I've double checked and the account details/reference number are all correct.

@TFCquestion Yes thank you, I tried again last night and it allowed me in and made the payment! Thank you!

I am sadly not using it because this happened so often our provider got pissed off (understandably).

Has everyone who was having problems now had their payment clear? Mine still hasnt cleared, the bank will only discuss Monday-Friday 9-5 (when im working) and the tax free cc number is blocked up.

Mine had cleared by late Tuesday night - it might have been sooner but I couldn’t get into my account to check.
