Maureenmlove, I left a reply to a post on another thread. I have a 'plaster baby' too. I alerted the parents to my concerns about her legs/hips, although under the physio for torticollis, hips were said not to be a problem, but I just knew.
I went to the Incar safety centre last week and had a special car seat fitted for her as she must be rear facing. I have also just bought an M&P pliko pramette as she can fit nicely in that especially for eating, but those cloth highchairs are good as you just tie them around her
She had a scan last week and it is looking good so far, new plaster next week. They had to cut a tendon to put one hip back in place, the other one was just moved.
I know what you mean about changing her often, we use smaller nappies, cutting off the tapes, and it seems to work well, no disasters yet.
We find she sleeps an awful lot more during the day, I suppose it is tiring lugging around a plaster all day.
I use my hip seat a lot as it helps my back, had to visit the Osteopath three times last term, so I need to be careful.
