when did u get your periods back?

Had dd2 9 weeks ago, breastfed for 4 weeks, but still havent got periods back... Cant remember how long it took with dd1...

Anyone know? when did u get yours?

(had c-section, does thaty make a difference?)

2 weeks ago - dd2 is breastfed and wil be 20 weeks on Sunday.

just now. dd2 is 7 months and is breastfed
dd1 was about the same

A few days ago - dd2 is 23 weeks and breast fed. Was about 6 mths with dd1 too.

DS is 10.5 months, still no period

Had him by elective CS, don't think that makes a difference. Still doing a couple of night feeds though.

I think they're just returning now so it's time to dust off the old mooncup.

ds4 is 6 months old, still exclusively breastfed and feeding at least twice a night.

I got mine back very quickly with all of them - literally one month after stopping BFing. (hell I was pg when DD was 12 wks old!)

i had my first period 6 wks after ds was born, hes 8 wks old now. i breast fed for first three wks.

i breatfed ds1 for 12months and ds2 for 9 months both exclusivley until weaning for food, but my period came back at 6 weeks with both of them.

i had c-section with both.

Breast fed for 6 months. Periods returned after 7 months.

I bf for 3 weeks had first period at 7 weeks and have had another one exactly 28 days later and my third one started today after 27 days but today when it started its dark brown in colour almost like my mc was at the start is this normal? (btw it deffo isn't a mc)

I exclusively breast fed my dd till 14 weeks and still got my period after ten weeks not fair!

9.5 months and no periods yet, just 2 separate days of spotting. Still breastfeeding.

ds2 was 1 this week...still breastfed (through the night aswell grrr)
no periods

ds1 was breastfed for a few months but dnt think they came back for about 8 months

Bf ds2 and period returned 5 weeks after i had him.Also still bf dd and period came 5 weeks after birth too.Not bloody fair,mw said if i exclusivly bf there would be no periods!! Sad Am pg again and i bet period comes 5 weeks after birth again.
