If your first baby was late, was your second?

My DD was 12 days past her due date before she came, I'm pregnant again and wondering if I'm in for a long wait again

What was your experience?

2 babies, both induced at 14 days overdue

1st - 14 days late

2nd - 13 days late

Both DDs exactly 8 days late, both active labours 6 hours.

5 of them all late/induced.
1 - 42wks induced
2 - 41+3
3 - 42wks induced
4 - 40wks induced due to large size
5 - 41wks induced “earlier” as I was 41

2-5 I was super active with toddlers, teenagers, walking 3 dogs, tried everything to shift them sooner and avoid induction and absolutely nothing worked.

All 4 mega late and ending up being induced including when I waited +17 🤷🏽‍♀️

I don't feel filled with confidence reading these, I guess I'm in for a long wait and will probably still be pregnant in January

First - 7 days late
Second - 2 days early

Dd1 was 5 days late, dd2 inwas in labour on her due date but I just couldn't quite get her out on time so she officially came 16 mins late

My first she came on her due date

Yes. First was induced and born at T+13. Second was born at T+3 (spontaneous labour).
