There is no other feeling in the world like holding your Grandchild.

A baby made by your baby!

Saw them earlier today, and she is doing really well considering it was only 24 hours post op! She is standing up straight!

I did my first bit of babysitting while there, as dd went for a shower, so I looked after baby!

Thank you all

Didnt know whether to start a new thead

Now, I dont know whether I should be worrying about dd.....

She seems really well! I am always dead on my feet for a few weeks after births, and after my c-section even longer!

She is acting like she just popped out a pea!!

Is this good or bad...or normal?

I have told her not to over do things as it will hit her the next day, but so far it hasnt!

What do you think? Is it an age thing?

Morning Divvy - I personally think it is an age thing

After my first 3 DS's I just got on with stuff, coped with anything.

After DS4 (when I was 41) I couldn't have cared less if I never went out parading with him in his pram!! So knackered - but things did slowly get loads better.

I still keep nosying at your granbaby - my 10yr old DS says almost every day - can I look at that little baby again? Think he is excited about being an Uncle in June

Ah bless him
