biggest & smallest babies. What weight was yours?

Just wondered as mine was pretty big...

My sister was just 2 lbs at birth though.

ds 9lb 7oz - OP, ventouse
dd 10lb 8oz - homebirth in water

wince at the thought of how big a putative no 3 would be.

sorry jampot your pelvic floor gets quite a hammering during pg...

Yes I mentioned to doc about another and he told me it would almost certianly be bigger still!!!

dd was 4lb 13oz. she was born 3 weeks and 5 days before her due date

my first daughter weighed 7lb.9oz and was 17 days early.
my first son weighed a massive 12lb.9oz. and was 10 days late.
my second son weighed 10lb.8.5oz and was approx.5 days early.
my second daughter weighed 10lb.12oz and was 3 days early.

But aren't big babies great once you get them home... feed and sleep well....?

dd1 6lb 1/2oz emergency caesar 2 weeks early

dd2 - 9lb 7oz 10 days late - caesar

DOn't know about big babies - she seems to eat well but the sleeping is a bit irregular - mind you she is just a week and a half old

friend of mine - 12lb 2 oz - gas and air ouch!! Her husband used to remind me of it all the time when I was pregnant... and told me how hard it was... ( like he would know!!)

ds was 6lbs 6oz (3 weeks early) by c/s, on Halloween - still looking for the third '6' ......!!!!!!

ds1 - 6lb 10oz, ds3 - 9lb 15oz, but strangely ds4 was only 7lb 10oz. I thought each baby was normally a little bigger than the last.

10lb 13oz and 8 days early

twins were 6 1 and 6 9
ds1 10lbs 14 ozs
ds 2 9 lbs at 38 weeks

My ds was 8lb 4oz.

I was told this was very big for my pelvis and it was touch and go for a c section but i did it naturally with the help of ventousse!

OMG...... thought id had big babies till i read all of these.. 12lb, oh man didn't think it'd be possible!!

cringing here at the thoughts of pushing baby over 12lb out..OMG!!!!

ds - 3lb 10oz at 33 weeks
dd - 5lb 5oz 3 days late...and gawd knows how long it would have gone on for!

DS was 10lbs and 1/2 an ounce (1 week late)
DD was 10lbs and 10oz (induced at 3 days late)

Both born by C/S ... hardly surprising really

DD1 3lb 12oz born@ 31 weeks
DD2 3lb 8oz born@ 33 weeks

ohforgot to say both mine spot on due date

DD was 9lb 2 and 10 days late
DS was 8lb and a week early

Girl - 7lb 8 (1 week late)
Girl - 7lb 2 (1 week early)
Boy - 9 2 1/2 (1 week early)
Boy - 6lb 8 (3 weeks early)

I was 3.5 lb, full term, but dd was 6lb6oz 2 weeks early. I blame my mother for smoking when pregnant- I never grew taller than 5'2"!

DS was 7lb 9oz 13 days late.

Ds1 8lb 8oz (3 days late)
Ds2 8lb 8oz (10 days late)
Dd1 7lb 5oz (7 days late)
Dd2 about 7lb and 1 day early - hurrah!

I was a porky 9.8lbs when I was born but went on to be only 7.5st pre-preg.
