After pains 3rd baby!!

Hello everyone, just wanted to help/advice with coping with after pains after 3rd baby I'm on day 6 and they came outta no were yesterday not to sure what to do with myself they hurt so much, been taking paracetamol but doesn't seem to be doing anything tbh :( midwife yesterday didn't seem bothered at all tbh... Also gave no advice on what to take

That's dreadful, :( I've never had to have a cathidta in 🤔but I'm guessing the painful 🤔yeah I heard that it's the weird pinching feeling and the constant dull aches thats getting to me 😂I'd rather give birth again then have weeks of this -.- at least there's an end to the pain in labour 🙈

Oh poor you, if is any consolation your post reminded me how terrible my afterpains were after DC 3 and DC4 (now 10 and 9) so it shows that you'll completely forget about them.

When I was bf them the pain was awful, I took paracetamol with enough time before feeds when I remembered!!!
Like a PP says they show your clever body is doing its job.

Immediate after pains were horrific with my third. However they lasted far longer with my second baby, they were really horrible.

Hope yours are gone soon, they are rotten

Mine are still going on atm I've gone down to paracetamol twice a day which is good I suppose think I'm rushing things tho as I expected to bounce back like the other 2 just keep reminding myself this is all normal pain/ache and not to worry about it xx
