Morning all,

As the title says, I am having my C-Section today. I have been an inpatient since Thursday having steroids etc (I am 37+5), and finally the day has come....

I don't actually know how I feel about it all though! I am obviously excited to meet him, but equally thought I would be a lot more nervous/scared than I am.... I almost feel numb? Has anyone ever had this? Is my brain maybe sub consciously blocking out my feelings?!

Anyway, any positive stories please? Thanks all! Grin

How exciting! I think as humans a lot of us ‘shut down’ if there’s something big to process; I know I certainly do with any surgery etc because it’s going into things anew. And this is a big big one! Fingers crossed for you and hope you’re taking it easy Smile
