The inappropriate birth playlist

The title says it all really. I've started putting together a Spotify playlist to keep me active through early labour (made it public as well). I want all the hilarious / positive / inappropriate songs you can think of!

Some example so far:

Come as you are - Nirvana
Rock with you - MJ
Born this way - Lady Gaga
Chandelier - Sia
Push it - Salt n pepa
Breathe - Blu Cantrel
Under pressure - Queen & Bowie

You see where I'm going with this... Grin

Someone beat me to it with Ring of Fire Sad

(which incidentally was played through headphones to my friend who was undergoing an MRI scan due to severe bowel problems - he thought it was hilarious)

Ace of Bass "All That She Wants" was the first song on my birth playlist but I got DH to skip it due to a sense of humour failure. DD was born to the second or third song out of approx 100 Smile

It has to be Martha Wainwright - Bloody Motherfucking Asshole.
"I'm young and I'm strong, but I feel old and tired..."

tiffanysfanny · 19/08/2016 22:33

You should get some twerking songs in there.

Azure83 · 19/08/2016 23:22

Thanks to everyone who contributed! I've had a good laugh today and am actually looking forward to the birth! The list is now over 50 songs with everything, from Justin Bieber to the Doors. No judgement in labour! The playlist is searchable on Spotify under the same name so feel free to follow.
