I have this feeling that contractions will start (if they will start) at night/ during the early hours of the morning. That's how it was with dd1 (induced with dd2) and that's how it was with most people I've spoken to personally.

So I thought I'd ask a wider group of people - is there anybody here who had contractions starting at, say, lunchtime?

woke up at 7amish with both of mine starting as obvious labour twinges. Both times had waters broken so didn’t have that "excitement".

Waters broke at 4am.
