I'm a bit
about the whole thing. People say 'but animals eat their placenta' and, whilst I'm all for nature's wisdom, surely that has a lot to do with not attracting predators.
Leaving the birth pool up? Ewwww. DD2 was born at 6:30 am, the midwife didn't leave until about 9:30 and by 11:30 DH had been to the tip with the birth pool liner, etc.
