I love the shoe rack on the other thread but I don't think I actually need one

What do I need "to buy" I mean I probably won't but there must be some good stuff out there Wink

On a more serious note I need to sort out a bin & recycling!!

One of those big see-through clip-top plastic boxes you can get in Staples. Cart all your kitchen stuff to the campsite in it, use it to store things that must be kept dry (matches) or away from the wildlife (bread) while camping, and then when you get home, all the kitchen kit you took in it can stay in, in the shed, till next time.

They're also strong enough to serve as seats for lighter members of the party, and are a handy extra level surface for e.g. pouring out the tea when the tiny table is covered in breakfast.

On my wish list are a Kellie Kettle (and its pot stand), a Trangia or MSR Rocket type small cooker, and a proper table (I have one with a roll top of slats so lots of slits - what I wouldn't give for the old style fold up picnic tables my grandparents used to have!!).

I use a big Ikea box like Lumela - but it's not strong enough for anyone to sit on. I have a 22l version that holds my "kitchen" - a carry tray (like a cleaner's hold-all) to put the sharp knives, peeler, can opener, corkscrew, plastic whisk, plastic tongs etc and a small roll of black sacks slid into it; and then things like matches, silicon oven mitts, washup scrubber, 50ml bottle of washup liquid, my salt and pepper mills, Ziploc of teabags, Ziploc of sugar sachets (thank you coffee shops), Ziploc of seasonings (thanks McDs etc in advance), most of which stays there ready for use (so I never forget the corkscrew again!!).
