Nice! Just like that - made me Smile

I also remember DD making yummy noises as she fed!

I struggled to establish bf with both my DC so its good to know they enjoy it and makes me glad i persevered. What things have your lo's said about your milk/boobs that have put a smile on your face?

Ds isn't very verbal yet bit when he finishes a marathon feed he comes off, grins and says "allll done" in a very satisfied manner Grin

period nursing a toddler is great. Its not as tying as newborn: they can have something else if you aren't there, and it keeps them still fir cuddles. Very good when they're ill/teething and off food as well.

Ds has been in full time nursery and we still feed morning and night.

BFing is a long time behind me, but these stories bring back the happy memories Smile.

My ds2 is a very kissy, huggy, boy. But it made me a bit sad when he was a toddler that he would kiss everyone except me. Until I weaned him at 3y, and suddenly he started kissing me as well.

Then I realised that his 'drive-by' feeds (run up to me/climb on to me, three quick sucks, and run off again) had been his way of kissing me!

Suddenly the 'drive-by's - which had been very irritating! - became incredibly sweet. Smile

My ds is just 7 weeks old but if I get a boob out then he'll immediately stop crying and stare at them, it's great?
