Hi cler.

I am having horrible period pains and so tired boobs hurting/tender today! Spent the day with my feet up!

GinaFB · 29/05/2010 22:06

Hello all! How are you all feeling? I am doing well, a little weary and ate too much for dinner but cheery never the less!!

TheBreastmilksOnMe · 29/05/2010 22:39

Welcome Cler, 4th baby! Wow! I'll add you onto the list!

MrsEllor and at the fish and chip plate incident! I did go to bed earlier this evening and had a half hour nap although it wasn't intentional, I was putting DS to bed and just dropped off to sleep! Breastfeeding is so painful at the moment my boobs are so sore .

Hi Gina hope you're alright? Has anyone else been having, erm, 'difficulty' in going to the loo? [bush] I've just started taking Psyllium husk capsules from the health food shop to help things along a bit. From what I remember these worked a treat last time!

GinaFB · 30/05/2010 14:32

Hi all!!
Wow cler you're brave going for number 4!! 7 stone is amazing, how did you do it??

MrsE I did in my last pregnancy, drs pescribed fibogel which made me retch but then I started with lacto lose (think that was what it was called) that worked brilliantly!! They sell it in boots over the counter!

Off to the in laws today!

MrsEllor · 30/05/2010 20:55

I know you will all think I am MAD BUT................. My tummy is so rounded and bigger than normal much bigger and I am only coming upto 5 weeks??? I don't understand x

cler · 31/05/2010 09:36

suzym1984 · 31/05/2010 17:58

Hi everyone! Can I join please?

I got a faint line on thursday using an internet cheapy, then I got a digital 'PREGNANT' on friday!

This is my first child, and first month of trying so a big shock!

I can second what everyone is saying about difficulty going to the loo....if anyone has any rememdies I'd love to hear what works.

Also.....is anyone absolutely terrified that something will go wrong? I keep alternating between ecstatically happy...and terrified!

cler · 31/05/2010 18:12

Hi suzym1984. Im like that terrified and really happy at the same time. Im on 4th and i was fine with the others.x

GinaFB · 01/06/2010 09:25

Hi everyone! How are you all, hope you all had a FAB long weekend!!

I am feeling shattered today! Very very bloated as well so am hoping that this will ease! Off to the Drs later on to oficially let them know and get into the system!

suzym1984 Congratulations!! Try not to worry, there is always a chance that something could go wrong (I know from experience) but better to enjoy your pregnancy (also better for baby too!!) Just look after yourself!

TBMOM how are you doing?

debka · 01/06/2010 12:20

Hello all, I'm a graduate from the Feb bus- just got a proper clear BFP after a few am I-aren't I faint lines at the weekend. Due 8 Feb.

Cler am incredibly impressed, I managed to gain 3 stone after birth of DD, lost 7 lbs of it last week and just found out no. 2 is on the way. Just hope the midwife doesn't flame me....

Boobs have been replaced by watermelons, and feel sick as a dawg but incredibly excited.

nickymorris · 01/06/2010 13:26

Hey

I'm also a graduate from the Feb Bus. I had my BFP last week but wasn't allowed to celebrate as I had to have a 5 week scan as my last pregnancy was an ectopic back in March

I still feel very sad about the one that wasn't meant to be but having had the scan this morning am all excited for this one now

I've added my stats and the other new joiners too.

nickymorris - EDD 1 Feb - 1DS

FWIW I'm also feeling VERY bloated - already can't fit into my normal jeans! No problems having a poo (yet)! and boobs not too sore - were sore last week but that might have been DH's fault

SemperEadem · 01/06/2010 13:55

Me too!

Just found out in toilets of local soft play (of all places). Haven't even told DH yet! He is working away at the moment and am waiting for him to phone.

Had a sneaking suspicion but two cheapy tests only came up with very feint lines as I tested a bit early, so off to Boots enroute to softplay this morning and bought CB digital and got a BFP!

EDD 8th February 2011.

Have a DS of 3.

GinaFB · 01/06/2010 14:50

Congratulations to everyone who is new! So pleased for all of you!

I am off to the Drs in a bit to get in the system, I am hoping that I will get more scans after the problems I had earlier in the year. We know that we will get to be scanned by the Fetal Medicine department which means longer and more thorough scans but not when!

Has anyone else been in yet? xx

MrsEllor · 01/06/2010 22:17

Hello ladies theres quite a few of us now! Believe it or not I can not fit in my jeans or work trousers!!!!! Not happy and really suprised as didn't notice any change until 3months in first pregnancy! Had cottage pie for tea with lashings of brown sauce, never been done before but really fancied it! Strange x I hope you are all ok and getting plenty of rest x

SemperEadem · 02/06/2010 07:51

MrsE, I am the same. Had to take my pyjama bottoms off in bed last night as the band was really cutting into my tummy!

My fave jeans were uber tight yesterday and I had to have the button open when at home.

Can't believe its happening so early this time either!

My DH is working away for most of the month and all my family & friends are up North so its primarily me and dh for most of the month on our own.

I don't envisage a relaxing first trimester.....

SemperEadem · 02/06/2010 07:52

I meant ds on our own. Does baby brain start this early?!!!

cler · 02/06/2010 09:34

How is everyone today? I felt quite sicky last week but the last few days i havnt.x

KnitterNotTwitter · 02/06/2010 11:57

Hey

Feeling less bloated today - although still on a high after our scan yesterday. Felt slightly nausious yesterday and I'm a bit off chocolate - i didn't get any morning sickness with DC1 so I was hoping for the same with this one....

I'm considering sending DH into the loft to get my box of pregnancy clothes out.... can't wait to be back in my maternity jeans - they were the most comfy item of clothing I've ever worn!!

Updated stats with Semper too

KnitterNotTwitter - EDD 1 Feb - 1DS

p.s. I've changed my name!!

GinaFB · 02/06/2010 12:05

Hello everyone! How are you all today!?

KnitterNotTwitter ditto on the maternity clothing (although I didn't get to wear it that long last time), I had some work trousers that were the most comfortable cloting I had ever bought!! Roll on the elasticated waists.....

I am still bloated and gernally gassy!!! My DP is not very impressed!! However he did say that I was looking healthy and [cringes at the cliche emotion] glowing this morning!!

KnitterNotTwitter · 02/06/2010 14:19

I'm starting to feel dehydrated too - I drank gallons of water when pregnant with DS1 and had forgotten! Got a migrane last night and went to bed early. Woke up this morning and my first thought was 'need to double my water intake'.

The second thing I did after waking up was two huge farts the sort that my DH would be proud of but I was stunned by - I blame the pregnancy!!

smallblackflowers · 02/06/2010 17:17

Hi all and congratulations on your BFPs!

I got mine this morning, and am still in shock as was expecting another BFN (have been trying for a while) and don't have any symptoms. My EDD is the day after my 35th birthday, best bd present ever!
My DD is 15 months old.

cler · 02/06/2010 17:22

Hi Knitter not Twitter. How much did you get to see on scan with it being so early? Ive been having really bad pains in my tummy all day and its well worrying me.x

KnitterNotTwitter · 02/06/2010 17:37

cler the scan I had yesterday clearly showed the sac in my uterous but as the baby is so small it didn't show up at all - but they told me that there was definitely something in there so not to worry!! I think the sac was about 3.5mm in diameter - teeny tiny...

I can go back for an optional second scan in 2 weeks to see the actual baby which I am going to do - don't think I'll be able to wait until 12 weeks having been given the offer
