SpringySunshine · 27/03/2009 13:18

How long did that last, Ju? It really wouldn't survive more than half an hour with me - if I was trying to be good

Juwesm · 27/03/2009 13:19

Surprise - music/ iPod/ Walkman etc?

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 27/03/2009 13:19

oh and snacks and drinks!!

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 27/03/2009 13:21

Suprise - in leiu of a car seat do you have a sling you could pack??

Juwesm · 27/03/2009 13:22

Amazingly - it actually kind of lasted months. My BF wanted dinky bags of mini-eggs for her wedding favours, so we had to buy all of those in March/ April and hang onto them until August! It was tough! We put them in that bowl for the bagging up session - needless to say any that we deformed/ cracked/ not perfect were removed and destroyed by quality control!

We used to have a similar bowl of Minstrels at Uni though - that rarely lasted more than a couple of hours each time it was refilled.

Juwesm · 27/03/2009 13:22

Pack of Minstrels please Kitty!

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 27/03/2009 13:23

loose Change (for whatever)
Fully charged phone
List of numbers
Maternity Notes (v important)

Juwesm · 27/03/2009 13:23

Who else is still in their jimjams/ dressing gown?

Juwesm · 27/03/2009 13:23

BIRTH PLAN!

surprisenumber3 · 27/03/2009 13:23

there is our old car seat up the loft, am wondering if to call DH home. My bump looks really comical, it is half as high as it was, kind of deflated.

SpringySunshine · 27/03/2009 13:23

That's what I did for my wedding favours, Ju Great minds, obviously. Especially with the quality control

SpringySunshine · 27/03/2009 13:24

& surprise, make sure you've got mathsmummy's number, to update us

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 27/03/2009 13:25

Suprise - what are the contractions like now?

Juwesm · 27/03/2009 13:25

It would be bad form to present substandard mini-eggs as favours!

surprisenumber3 · 27/03/2009 13:27

thanks all, think I'm nearly there with the packing. Contractions were 8 mins, 8 mins, 11 mins, 15 mins and 14 mins apart, all lasting just over a minute and a half.

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 27/03/2009 13:31

Suprise - yup if your dh is an hour away give him a call

surprisenumber3 · 27/03/2009 13:33

he has just said shall I come now, and I said no not yet. Feel bad dragging him home if it's nothing!
