Can somone give me walking directions from waterloo station and how long it will take to walk please?

There is something I should tell you.

1. They can only seat us downstairs (which is about 25 steps). I'm thinking this might put some people off, so I can look for a Pizza Express closer to Waterloo Station. Other Pizza Express restaurants near Charing cross can't accommodate this many people. But I'm going to call and check around anyway.

it says it's a 24 minute walk, I know thats a bit far for me these days, do you prefer something closer to waterloo?

I'll add myself to the name list, but I'm not remotely concerned about the place - I can either manage steps or get to a different restaurant, whatever's easiest...

The Charing Cross one is fine for me - I'll be walking from Waterloo as well - but if it is too far there is a Pizza Express near Gabriel's Wharf and the National Theatre, which is a little closer.

The steps in the CX one are fine by me - the one near Gabriels Wharf is further away from public transport I think.

From Waterloo, the easiest way to CX is to go up the escalator to Waterloo East and just hop on one of the many trains to CX - they come every 5 min or so and take about one minute.

Thanks im fine with cx i will prob jump on a train if the weather is crap and walk if the weather is nice.

Sunshinemummy we can meet at waterloo and walk together if you want i think debithescot will be with me to.

I shall wait and hope that EandZ sees this then! I was all up for it a month or so back because I was still working in London, but now I'm not - but I'm now bored!! So another trip to London sounds great (I swore I'd never go there again once I finished work!!).

sunshinemummy don't know if lollyheart has been in touch with you but we're getting a train that gets into Waterloo at 11.34. We can meet you somewhere in Waterloo if you want. Should be easy to find, we'll have 3 children plus 2 bumps between us!
