HCG level at 4 weeks

I am 4 weeks 4 days (since my last period)
After already having 2 miscarriages in a row this year I am understandably worried.
Yesterday I went to my local EPU and had a blood test just to settle my mind. I have no pain, no bleeding and nothing that makes me think I could suffer a 3rd miscarriage.
I wish I never went now as my HCG levels have come back at 82!
Is this normal, has anybody had a level so low and continued to have a healthy pregnancy? I'm back tomorrow for a second blood test but I am on pins, hoping they have doubled and just need some reassurance. Thanks in advance.

They can’t see a reason for the bleeding, they could see a embryo with a heartbeat, but very small. They didn’t seem concerned but I know it is very small considering I have a report from exactly the same stage of pregnancy with my DD. Trying not to worry as they didn’t seem worried and I know measurements are very difficult when they are tiny. Hope you’re doing ok x

Hi everyone

Really hoping to get some advice/reassurance.

Last AF was 29th Jan, last time had relations was Feb 16th, I have had 3 positive pregnancy tests last week, and I started to have a bit of blood appearing after going to the toilet when wiping, not every time but the last 3/4 days it's been on and off

I went to the clinic yesterday and they did some bloods, my HCG levels were 77, but they're saying it should be closer to 1000 for 4/5 weeks since last AF.

Obviously I'm really upset this is our first pregnancy and we were so excited been trying for almost 2 years! I'm 33 for reference.

Today also iv started getting period like cramping in my groin, I wouldn't say it's painful but uncomfortable definitely. No change in bleeding though.

I'm going back to the hospital tomorrow to get more bloods done but has anyone else been through this?
