Hello all you April 2020 Babies Thread mums to be.

Here, as promised, is a stats list we can all add our info to. Should make it easier to keep track of one another if we so wish. I'll start with mine:

It would be great if everyone who wants to can just add her own details, cutting and pasting the previous names on the list too so that it reads chronologically by due date. Hope this makes sense!

@nicoletia I tried to post on there a while ago and it wouldn't let me so I thought there was an issue with the message thread!

I'm not a Facebook user either!

The other thread is full, and nobody made a new one.im a little upset too as I don't even use FB

I guess the non fb users can use this one even though it was created just as a stats one. Stats part is kind of redundant now!

@nicoletia i just realised we are a day apart in due dates!! 6 weeks to go - how are you doing? I'm really struggling now and ready for this baby. I have heartburn almost every night and severe back pain and never feel comfortable and sleeping is so hard 😥😥😥

@Serendipity001 I'm not going to lie my pregnancy has so far been pretty uneventful apart from the ongoing UTI which hasn't shifted despite 4 courses of antibiotics. I have not experienced any heartburn but I'm really uncomfortable when in bed and have to get up 5 times to go to the loo.

I can't wait to meet my little boy. I could have him tomorrow but know that it's still too early so will carry on cooking have you got everything ready? X

Hey all! I was wondering why I couldn't post in the last thread. Gave up after a while until this popped up on my watch list..

Are we okay with this thread or shall I create a new April 2020 one?

8 weeks left and just under 5 weeks till I go on maternity leave! So excited but also can't believe how fast it's all going 🙊

How are we all feeling?

@Serendipity001 I had awful heartburn last night as well. Someone on another thread recommended the Rennie tablets to me (I got the orange flavour) and it helped a lot!
Had a growth scan today and the sonographer mentioned that she could see quite a bit of hair on the baby's head, so wonder if it's true what they say about full head of hair and heartburn 😂

@nicoletia I'm so uncomfortable in bed as well and hardly sleeping! Didn't get to sleep till about 1:30am and then woke up at 5 to pee 😫 not enjoying the middle of the night toilet runs either.

@LokiCat I had the same issue I couldn't post then gave up after a while on other thread! I think this thread is fine as stats are visible at the top of the page and unlikely anyone would add to it at this stage now!

I only just started with the heartburn a few days ago and have taken rennie spearmint flavour which works when I'm upright it's just when I try to sleep and lie down I get sick and food comes up. And I've vomited a few times. Trying out eating earlier so hopefully food digests so see how that goes! Before this was pretty uneventful pregnancy too!

@nicoletia I feel for you with the UTI, not long to go hang in there. I get frequent loo trips too in the middle of the night it's so annoying as sometimes I don't even need to go it's just the urge to go!

Anyone getting itchy belly? I am and it's soooo hard to resist itching it! I am told this is now where skin loses collagen and if you itch then more stretch marks post labour so need to find a way to stop the urge to itch!

I do have everything ready in terms of the stuff I bought but I need to sort it all out and I still haven't packed my hospital bag 🤦🏻‍♀️
Hubby has put cot up and will fit car seat in next week just in case!

It's scary now 6 weeks and counting!

I'm starting mat leave on Tuesday. And I have 4 weeks and 6 days till my due date. Purchased a few bits for the hospital bag and left other shopping quite late. I'm going to the baby show in excel on the weekend

I've not posted on the previous threads (long time lurker) I'm 34 weeks and started finding babies movements really painful? Guess this is normal?

@sugarstrand I'm just over 35 weeks and yes babies movements are painful for me! Kept me up all last night along with terrible heartburn and nausea. Literally counting down the last few weeks! I'm so over being pregnant now.

@abbs1 I am nearly 35 weeks but me too!!! Baby movements are super painful and the heartburn sucks!
