Haha fleur maybe thats it!! Thats a better reason than the one's going round my head!

Ill have a google later but it will prob just say implantation which im sure it's not. My gut instinct has been spot on so far.

Vicky!!! Im so glad your ok and it was just your password! Glad to hear your progress is good. 37 weeks! I can't believe that is just around the corner!! Time flies!!

Onelife you have toooo many holidays im jealous!!

Oh I got the job by the way!! I found out last week!

Fleurlur · 30/04/2014 12:57

Hmm CD21 and brown spotting today. Not an orgasm in sight haha! I'm putting it down to weird coming off the implant goings on though, my boobs are killing me as well!

Fleurlur · 30/04/2014 12:57

Congrats on the job wood!!

Fleurlur · 30/04/2014 17:05

Come to think of it I've also been extremely tired the past 5 days. If I hadn't been using condoms I would symptom spotting all over the shop! Also it's turning into red spotting now with cramping so I think AF is showing up on CD21. =/

woodwaj · 30/04/2014 17:37

I will join the club with you fleur! Cd19 and my period has arrive WTF! I have felt like AF has been coming all day!

Fleurlur · 30/04/2014 18:58

Bodies are so weird!! I've got ovulation type pain now, oh my gosh body what are you doing?!?! I should have kept temping dammit.

Fleurlur · 01/05/2014 18:19

We'll I'm officially back on CD1 so not sure if I did actually ovulate last month and it was a short luteal phase or if it was an anovulatory cycle! Get my thermometer back on Saturday so will commit to temping this month!

NurseyJay · 02/05/2014 10:50

I've bought a thermometer off ebay n will start temping nxt month if we dont get pg this month.

This month I feel a lot more chilled out about ttc, I duno why...

I'm on CD 12 at mo n will probably ovulate sun/mon/tues... I'm working nights fri, sat, sun... so will have BD as and when we can fit it in. Lol.

Hows everyone doin?

Fleurlur · 02/05/2014 18:50

Just realised this is my first official cycle now of TTC eeee!!

NurseyJay · 03/05/2014 16:16

Woohoo!! Exciting Fleur :)

woodwaj · 05/05/2014 18:02

broodysnoopstie · 07/05/2014 09:34

Hi All sorry I've been quiet I'm trying to avoid the crazy and time go faster. plus I'm on cd 16 & would expect to ov today and no pos opk.. plus my dp's low libido means we haven't dtd at all this month yet so feeling pretty gloomy. You can't say you are ttc when you aren't haven't sex can you Sad

OP posts:
woodwaj · 07/05/2014 21:19

Mine was an 18 day cycle. There must be something in the water this month one!!

Ahh broody what a load of rubbish :( you will have to tell him to man up!! I have felt like we havent done it enough the last couple of months but it's got to take its toll hasn't it? I don't want any more tests so I told oh we have to step up our game!!

broodysnoopstie · 08/05/2014 09:41

had a positive cheapy opk last night although still creamy cm and cbfm on high this morning... It is all pointless anyway as we haven't had sex since 12 April.. I think I'm going to have to leave these boards. It's just hopeless, im temping, taking folic acid, I use 5 apps to track & predict, I'm using cbfm in the morning ic opk in afternoon got a tube of concieve plus by the bed everything I can to pinpoint ov and get us our bfp...all he has to do is shag me a few times a month and he can't even manage that. Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad

broodysnoopstie · 08/05/2014 09:50

oh and just seen I've got ewcm.. looks like I'm out for another month as we've obviously missed the window. I'm so fed up.

OP posts:
onelifeonechance · 08/05/2014 20:27

Broody, only just seen your post. Sorry you're feeling so fed up hun, it's all so bloody frustrating and unfair. Have you spoken to dp about it? Or will he not speak about it? Understand if you need to take some time away from here, I find that helps at times, but want to make sure you know we are all rooting for you and will be wishing and hoping for you and welcome you back with open arms as and when you feel ready, in the meantime best of luck to you lovely xx (btw if you change your mind and decide you don't need some time away then all the above still stands but we still get to chat!!)

woodwaj · 08/05/2014 20:29

Oh broody sorry your having a shit time :( ewcm doesnt mean its over it can mean its time so get dtd today!! Like they say it can happen just from the one time!! Does your other half have a low libido anyway or do you think hes perhaps a bit fed up too? It takes its toll I never seem to fancy it these days!!

NurseyJay · 09/05/2014 12:01

Just caught up... broody I'm sorry you're feeling so low, n ur hubby doesn't seem to understand the importance of dtd :/

It only takes once tho, like wood says...

Sounds like you two need to have a chat about whether he's as keen ttc as u, it seems not... and if not, why not... He could be as equally stressed/upset about not conceiving as you, but unless you both chat about it, you'll both get nowhere, and nothing will change.

Always here for u... (well, every few days when I check back in).
Try and keep your chin up huni xx

woodwaj · 12/05/2014 19:04

Did you speak to him broody?

Nice weekend all?

Vicky have you had another scan? I am on cd 13 nothing to report just awaiting ov! Not getting many signs these days though!

broodysnoopstie · 14/05/2014 11:40

Hello ladies, thanks for your kind messages. Well we dtd but only once so I'll be hoping that I'm one of the lucky ones!! Blush

I'm on cd 23 6dpo.. 10 days ish til af due.

We did talk. He's still desperate to be a dad.. but he's just got a low sex drive and when he's stressed it goes to zero.. and work is stressing him out lots of people loosing jobs wondering if he's next etc..
He always wants to do it when we are on holiday etc so I know stress is a big part of it and obviously ttc isn't exactly stress free.. I told him though that it puts an awful lot of pressure on me being able to predict exactly when I'm ovulating to make sure we hit the window and that it would be much easier if we could just do it regularly through my fertile time.. He says he understands but it's hard.. The thing he is always enjoys it when we do it's just getting things started!

in other news I'm due the 21 day testing to see if I'm ov on 19th of May and he's organising getting a sperm analysis done as requested by my doctor so we'll see if there is anything stopping us or if it's just lack of dtd.

anyway enough about me how are all of you? ?

xx

ps. Also as much as I value all your advice and support I have found time has flown this month with a bit of time away from the boards. No offence it just helps me stop obsessing!!

Hi all, hope the sun has his hat on wherever you are! Sorry for being quiet, had a busy few weeks. Had my hycosy thing this week, the good news is my tubes are clear Smile DH has been put on antibiotics for minor cell thing they found in his sample (from Jan, grrr, why so long!!) and he has to do a repeat sample in two months. I've also had my AMH levels done to check my ovarian reserve (had to pay for this one) and get those results in the next two weeks, scared.
The dr told us not to try this month as they don't know the safety of the dye used on the hycosy, so we're out til cycle 14. I'm now in the highly unusual situation of wishing af to get here so we can get cracking again! But as I'm only cd 13 I've got a bit of a wait. Wine in the sunshine it is then ladies Wine (not right this moment, later on, just thought I'd better add that in case you thought I had an issue!!)

How's everyone else? Any signs of ov yet wood?

Broody, that's good you've talked to dh and good luck with your tests coming up, def best to know these things so you can either relax and know it's fine and a waiting game, or if there is an issue at least something can be done to help.

Vicky, how are you getting along? Must be close now, getting excited?! Hope all ok with scans and her growth x

Nursey jay and fleur where are you up to with things? Hope all ok Smile

Happy Friday!!!

woodwaj · 17/05/2014 08:27

Broody glad you had a chat and that he is still defo on board! I know how you feel about taking some time away from the boards it can help de-stress! Although I miss you when your not around ;)

Onelife glad to see you around as well and that your hycosy went well! Was it uncomfortable/painful? I think that's next on my ttc check list!! That is a bit of a long wait but I hope the sun stays out for you so you can get some wine time in!!

I am ovulating now (or about to not sure) we could both tell last night just from dtd. We have been dtd every 3rd day from end of AF I like this plan it's a bit pre planned but im reassured that im not missing out at all and we are not over doing it and getting bored/tired around the important times if the month. We will dtd again today though as we are quite confident its now.

Looking forward to your update vicky! And hearing where you are up to fleur and nursey!

Have a great weekend everyone x

onelifeonechance · 17/05/2014 09:27

It wasn't too bad wood. The worst bit was the waiting around, we didn't go in until an hour after my appointment time so plenty of time for getting bit worked up and sweaty palms!! I would def say to take dh or someone with you for moral support and distraction chat! I wouldn't have liked to be on my own. It was done in a theatre which I wasn't expecting, had thought they'd just do it in the room where I was scanned last time, so was bit taken aback when asked to put theatre gown on! There was a female dr, female nurse (who was not v friendly, grr) and me and dh in there. Legs akimbo in stirrups, TV scan first, then speculum and inserting catheter into cervix (all this bit was fine, tbh I was surprised when she told me the catheter was in as I hadn't felt anything!!) then they injected the dye - I didn't like this bit if I'm honest, it gave me a severe period cramp - but I would say it only lasted about thirty seconds - as soon as she stopped injecting it stopped and the taking out of the catheter and speculum etc was fine, no pain and only the v v tiniest of cramps afterwards (and tbh I may have been imaging those!!) No bleeding, no soreness or anything afterwards. She told me straight away my tubes were clear, I had hoped to look at the screen but I had my eyes shut and was squeezing dh's fingers throughout so missed it!!! Hope that helps to know what to expect, it was ok and worth it to know. Reading the threads from others before, some people think it's awful, some think they didn't feel a thing so it obviously just depends. All I would say is the only bit that wasn't the pleasantest was the dye bit, but it was all over v quickly and if someone said I had to have another one I would so it can't have been that bad!

Excellent news on the ov situation, happy dtdeeding Smile
