Thats quite bad!! Mine rang this afternoon and left a voicemail!! My first appointment is 9th july and I need to pick up my notes folder beforehand (I went 20 mins after they left the voicemail and they were closed) so ill have to go back one lunchtime next week!

broodysnoopstie · 20/06/2014 18:17

That's good for you Wood. I'm going on holiday on the 8th July so I'd really like to see a midwife before then. Just to ask advice about flying heat sunbathing etc. I'm away for 2 weeks so when I come back I'll be in my 13th week.. wanted to discuss when my scan would be before I went too. Just have to be patient and keep waiting

They must be really busy where you are! :( hopefully once they get to your name they will move quite quickly. Have you joined cow and gate yet? I signed up with an 8 week old baby rather than 8 week pregnancy I changed it when I realised and they sent me another cow toy and a pregnancy diary to make notes in etc! Quite handy!

Hibou7688 · 21/06/2014 13:30

Not been on here in a bit, well... Cd42, no af, no bfp! How annoying.

woodwaj · 21/06/2014 16:47

Could the spotting you had a while back be a very light AF? Wasn't it about 5 days long?

Hibou7688 · 22/06/2014 09:36

yeah, if it was af then it was two weeks early! and very very very light which is unusual for me.

broodysnoopstie · 23/06/2014 15:07

Wood I've just joined cow and gate, had a busy weekend with my sister's wedding sorry for being absent. How are you getting on?
Hibou is it possible you didn't Ov?

woodwaj · 23/06/2014 17:10

Ooh how did it go?

I had a walk to the midwife today to pick up my folder and obviously it wasnt there. What a great start!!

I also bought some stretch mark cream and a 5 pack of cookies and pointed out the irony of it to the checkout girl before she judged me ha.

Hibou just a note broody had a cycle like this then the month after got her +

broodysnoopstie · 23/06/2014 18:13

Yes I totally did Hibou. I had I think a 75 day cycle with no bleed until day 76! I think I hadn't ov'd so didn't get a period then did Ov in sort of when next cycle would have been if I'd had my period then it turned up. Then next cycle BFP!

Wood it was good but exhausting, I've also just bought my wedding dress for mine which isn't until July 2015

Rubbish they didn't have your folder, still no word from mine

woodwaj · 23/06/2014 19:32

Oooh thats exciting broody!! I bet it was exhausting I did 2 hours gardening and had to have a 3 hour nap!! Its ridiculous!

And I feel bloated ALL the time!

broodysnoopstie · 24/06/2014 11:41

Wood I find bloating gets worse as day goes on. In morning I feel sick until I've eaten something by evening I feel too sick to eat anything. Half portions are still too much!

I am only eating about half my meals but stuffing up on chocolate after lunch because I need the sugar to concerntrate on my new job!! Otherwise it will be a snooze fest at my desk!!

broodysnoopstie · 24/06/2014 13:43

How is your new job going? My favourite thing to eat is Mars icecreams.

Its going alright I told the boss yesterday because she wanted me to apply permanently against another girl on secondment. I told her I wasnt going to and why she was really nice and said she would try and keep my secondment for me. But with holidays + maternity leave I am likely to be having 13 months off so there is just no point.

Snap!! I have a freezer full of them! Soo good!

broodysnoopstie · 24/06/2014 16:59

Aw you've told your boss! Glad she was nice. I'm down to my last one in my freezer need to pop to iceland! I'm feeling sooo sick at work. It's super hot.. and someone is eating a bannana. DEVIL FRUIT. The smell is minging.

woodwaj · 24/06/2014 17:14

I haven't had a single bit of nausea yet! I was 7 weeks yesterday according to my scan! I just got home today and my michelle heaton pregnancy dvd had arrived! Because I wasnt super tired for once I did it. Very good for beginners I enjoyed it. Your OH should be on it and should have stocked the freezer already!

broodysnoopstie · 25/06/2014 08:47

wood I'm sooo jealous. I pretty much feel sick all the time!

impressed you did a pregnancy dvd. I'm just getting fat!!!

OP posts:
woodwaj · 25/06/2014 10:12

Oh no :( im hoping I miss it but at the same time would like a more clear sign that I am pregnant other than tiredness! I am debating booking a day off soon to sleep but at the same time we need to get a lot of work done in the house before the arrival so I need to save them really :(

woodwaj · 28/06/2014 17:09

Fighting sleep!! How is everyone? Where are you up to onelife?

woodwaj · 29/06/2014 10:18

7+6 and here comes the nausea :(

broodysnoopstie · 29/06/2014 10:34

poor you. My sympathies! I'm away visiting dp's mum so not around much. Eat whenever you can and a biscuit before you get out of bed helps xx

OP posts:
woodwaj · 29/06/2014 11:31

I am still in bed (and I don't even care!) About to get up though. I do feel better after eating 2 ginger biscuits and watching YouTube vids all morning! Hope your having a nice time x

Hibou7688 · 29/06/2014 15:39

day 50.. still no af. been looking at my fertility friend, if the spotting I had earlier was an af then now would be cd16.. so I just did a cleablue opk (started a new pack/new digi reader thing). it just showed an empty circle, but the lines on the stick were almost similar in colour/density.

I know people say the lines mean nothing but wondered what you've found with them?

woodwaj · 29/06/2014 15:44

The lines mean nothing! However those tests are for fmu and after I used them I found out that the first one is always blank as it uses the first one as a sort of starting point to test your hormone levels. Dtd just incase! Cant hurt!

broodysnoopstie · 29/06/2014 15:45

first time you test on cb digi it is always an empty circle by default while it measures your levels. test again tomorrow. Don't know about lines
