Sorry to hear you aren't feeling great teddy.

ooh that's exciting about us having scans the same day anyway livis :)

somethingwittynot · 15/06/2012 12:20

Hi I got my BFP this morning! By dates it makes me 4+3 but an app makes me 4+1 EDD is 22/02/13

livismum · 15/06/2012 16:23

Hey something! Welcome to the otherside! It's a big quiet and not much JSing going on Wink
I'm counting the days I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and scan on Tuesday!

somethingwittynot · 15/06/2012 17:05

Heya! Wow 12weeks! Seems forever away! Are pinkie and beandunne not here?

tiredteddy · 15/06/2012 18:21

something so pleased for you and very glad to see you here! Babylann is here and me too also LIVISMUM from early on the thread and crowette. I'm 8+5 now I think and yes 12 weeks seems ages away Grin

livismum · 15/06/2012 18:21

No they haven't popped their heads round yet, I recall pinkie saying she was unsure of joining antenatal group till 12 weeks, also it was so quiet on here think some people just join the club for their month.
JSing must become something of a distant memory!

somethingwittynot · 15/06/2012 19:35

Hey tired yeah got my BFP this morning not quite sure of dates but between 4-5 weeks pregnant ! Doctors appt on Tuesday wish it would hurry up!

tiredteddy · 16/06/2012 18:37

So exciting just got my scan date through for Friday 6th July! Grin

somethingwittynot · 16/06/2012 20:41

Oooo lucky you!! I've got the GP on tuesday! Wish it would hurry up!

tiredteddy · 16/06/2012 20:53

But GP is the first step yay! Mine didn't even test again just took my word for it! Weird. How are you feeling? Any symptoms?

somethingwittynot · 17/06/2012 07:25

Yeah my old gp didn't even test when I went about DS just referred me to the midwife. I'm at a new doctors now I'm almost tempted to take my test with me haha! Well nausea has kicked in but no actualy sick yet. Didn't get that till 8 weeks with DS. I've got massive boobs already out of the maternity bras I had with DS. Weeing a bit more and tired and so so hungry! I just knew I was pregnant as I wanted coffee and that's what I craved with DS. What symptoms are you having?

BabylannShallFall · 17/06/2012 13:13

Pinkie did say she wasn't joining any antenatal groups yeah. I think she's in the due in Feb thread though.

Welcome something.

I feel bloody sick today.

somethingwittynot · 17/06/2012 20:35

oh well pinkie is on the feb thread!

tiredteddy · 17/06/2012 21:04

Shame you feel so sick baby hope it doesn't last too long.

something I'm not feeling too bad this weekend but think that's because DH has let me have 2 lie ins and been sorting the boys out all the time too! He's been fab! Are you joining another thread too? Do hang around it's getting busier here! Smile

crowette · 17/06/2012 22:20

Good evening, how is everyone?

I'm 9 weeks today!! I'm also on another thread, one for pregnancy after miscarriage :)

Symptoms still fluctuating, but I'm getting used to that now and rarely freaking out. Still very cautious though. My work trousers are getting tight again, even with the hairband extender ... think I may have to get some maternity one soon. Had a nap after work and it was my last day in that physical job and from tomorrow I can sit down all day at work - bliss!! Grin

I watched One Born Every Minute this evening - I'd been avoiding it since TTC and especially after the MCs, but feel ok to watch it now Blush anyway, I got emotional just at the introduction and OH was on his laptop, with headphones in, but he unplugged himself to watch the births and even he shed a tear ... what is he going to be like when I give birth?!

livismum · 18/06/2012 07:11

Morning! The sickness bug last wkend turned in to horrid cough/cold thing but feeling better now, 12+2 and scan tomorrow Smile my bump has landed (but the massive Indian we had last night hasn't helped! Hope everyone has a good week, I'll update tomorrow!

somethingwittynot · 18/06/2012 08:25

ah good luck for your scan livismum and glad you feel better crowette

im at the starving and tired stage 4+6 i think GP tomorrow cant wait!

BabylannShallFall · 18/06/2012 08:50

A lot of tiredness here too, so tired I keep convincing myself it can't only be pregnancy. I never had tiredness or morning sickness with dd, my only symptom before 16 weeks was occasional cramping!

I'm also in the Feb group, but I don't like it, it moves too fast and I can't keep up! And with that many people on one thread, you're more likely to find personalities you clash with I find. Much prefer smaller groups like this one.

Hope everyone is well. Hard to reply to everyone directly from my phone sorry!

livismum · 18/06/2012 09:12

What time is your scan tomorrow Babylan? mine is 10.45 but will be a longer appointment as having the nuchal test thing (really ought to read leaflet!) my DH works nights so will either have to wake him up after 2hr kip or keep him up, either way he will be falling asleep at appointment I'm sure!

somethingwittynot · 18/06/2012 09:42

yeah i agree with you re the feb thread! i much prefer it here feels like a home from home just like JSing thread did!

we to will be having the NT screen had it with DS. Though in my case it does telly you how grosely overweight you are Sad at least i have an excuse to be fat now Grin

tiredteddy · 18/06/2012 09:59

Good luck for scans tomorrow baby and livis very exciting. I've never had the nuchal test before just the blood test as that's all they did where I used to live. I don't like the sound of knowing how overweight I am though something Blush how does that work? Tired here too though I think we notice these things more as we are running round after our other DC's. I remember when I was pregnant with ds1 all I did was nap so I didn't feel too bad. Can't really do that now what with the school run etc...

somethingwittynot · 18/06/2012 14:55

oh when i went for it they weighed me to get an accurate result! should i be worried that my internet cheapies are only getting slightly darker and pinker now? both first response tests were a very obvious BFP and as there branded im more inclined to trust them? im trying to persuade DP to get me a digital test

tiredteddy · 18/06/2012 16:07

Oh yes get a digital it's so nice to see the word PREGNANT! It will put you mind at rest. I dread being weighed Sad I never do it as I don't want to know. I lost over 1.5 stone last sept and got back to being a size 10 for the first time in 5 years. I've def put at least half back on before my BFP and now I'm sure the rest isn't far away. Oh well at least I have an excuse now Wink

somethingwittynot · 18/06/2012 16:17

he wont get me one till pay day! boooooo! ive never really lost my baby belly from DS at least it all going to stretch back out now! went into town today and brought SIL whos going to be a FTM loads of baby essential such as cotton wool baby bath wipes some cartons of formula some dummies that kinda stuff

tiredteddy · 18/06/2012 16:44

How long til payday? Hope not too long! How nice of you to get that nice stuff for your sil.
