am typing on patientline so will keep it brief for now...

ds2 born yesterday at 10am exactly after alarmingly short labour (was 3cm at 8:30)

he's gorgeous and well and weighed in at 7lb 6oz (pmsl at large for dates palaver lulu). looks just like ds1 only dark hair

feeding well and generally adorable

not so great for me - in theatre last night as placenta not alll cleared from uterus. cue yday's scenes from carrie. waiting now to have balloon removed to see if all ok. scary and painful 24hrs tbh

will update when home x

Huge congratulations Tutter. Sorry to hear about the post-birth complications. I hope you're feeling better soon. (Was it at the Royal Berks, in the end? Sorry - I know we talked about it, but I forget where you ended up in the end.)
