Doubt there's much you can say to ease her pain popsycal (sp) - just being there to listen if she needs you should be enough. Thinking of you all.

Just caught up with this, Popsy. Thinking of you and your sister and hoping that today went as well as could be expected. xxx

So sorry to hear this Popsy.

This happened to me (my baby was due 3 years ago today) My friend was also in the hospital that day and happened to pop down to see me after her appointment. So I was able to tell her straight away and I asked her to tell our friends for me. I also asked her to tell them not to avoid ringing me for fear of upsetting me. I wanted to know that my friends were there for me. I didn't want them to worry about upsetting me. I just wanted words of sympathy (like you're getting on here)

2 weeks ago my sister went through the same and seems to be coping well enough. Your sister won't forget but with lots of love and support, she will get through the worst. Just knowing that you're there for her will help her no end.
