First Christmas present?

Hi, my DS is 4 1/2 months old. We would like to give him a Christmas present. I know he won't understand the concept of a present but we thought it would be nice to give him something that in the future he can look back and say was his first Christmas present from his mum and dad.

Just wondering what would be a good first Christmas gift?

You can also get personalised angels round here. They are about an inch high and actually pretty tasteful despite being made of white china. They have the child's name on the bottom.

Thanks Yorkiegirl (and Ja9 for the extra bump - it obviously did the trick!). I'll certainly look into the personalised bauble although I may have left it too late. Searching on the internet I have also come across several companies that do glass baubles with photos of your child inside them which look quite nice. Not sure how to do a link but www.photobauble.com is just one of the companies that seem to offer this.

GS was 6 days old on his first christmas - so we clubbed together with his mum and dad and got him an amazing musical, vibrating chair thingy. Absolute godsend and it lasted him until he was about 14 months. Obviously, the chair isn't suitable to be a keepsake, but have lots of fab videos and photo's of him in it, (Giggling, sleeping, smiling, dancing, etc)
