Okay. So the boys are tops on quantity and velocity, whereas the girls excel in adhesive power. Interesting.

Do you suppose that is nature or nurture: Do parents unconsciously perpetuate a nasal-gender stereotype that values power in boys and 'clinginess' in girls? Could this reflect the biological/evolutionary imperative for boys to distribute their 'seed' widely and for girls to demonstrate attatchment/loyalty?

I don't know. D'you think we could get a research grant to study it?
