What *should* a 21 be able to do?

I knwo my dd is limited a little due to her light weight and physical immaturity, as she has Noonan Syndrome albeit mildly, but what I would like to know is what did or do most 21 mths olds do with their time?
What tpys have they mastered, do they know colours? Can they mimic words from the off?
I am trying to establish how far behind my dd could be or whether she is within the normal remit for her age, my HV is thick as large plank, and I do not want to be referred yet agian if I am not sure there is a problem, my elder child ds 10yrs was an astonishlingly able child and did everything early, so I do not know what is normal, I cannot compare any child to him let alone my diddy girl.
Also anyone who had a slow starter, how did they evolve?
I must sounds paranoid and yes I know she is young to be worrying but... you just do..

my dd is very tall actually. Which is weird because in all these book it says children with microcephaly (small head) have stunted growth. She is not chunky though and a bit skinny, but eats like a horse.

She did used to be really tiny, always below 9th centile for evrything until she got to about 3 and then she just expanded!

well, dd1 is 4yrs old and is 100cm tall. dd2 is 23 months and approx 95cm tall. dd1 was always hovering around the 9th percentile, tho did go up to the 50th for weight at around 9months old (the chubby stage), but has dropped back down to about the 9th again i think.

TC that would be fabulous, is that the offical when to really worry handbook? LOL
I'll email you my address if that's ok.
Thanks loads!

Also I recall my ds now 10 when it said to double their height at age 2. On his 2nd birthday he was 92cms.
I still find it amazing that one mother can produce two such different children. Even given they have different dads...

Thinking of this thread, often... there is a little boy in DS1's reception class -- he must be at least 4yo to be there, right? And he's smaller than my DD, who herself is only just about the height of the average 2yo! Absolutely tiny, apparently no syndromes, nothing, he's just small. His 9yo sister is also over 5' tall, I heard.
