dd2 (7) is passionate about wildlife, particularly snakes. She is not very academic (unlike her older sister) but it's so lovely to hear her enthuse about her favourite subject, particularly as she is so knowledgeable!

Tell me some other passions ....

disney princesses! she is nearly 3 and for the past 6 months its constant cinderella sleeping beauty snow white belle, one day all she will watch is cinderella and then it will be snow white again and again and again, she has all the books and knows the lines by heart! she has the dolls and reenacts all the scenes!!

and shoes higher the heel the better, if someone takes there shoes off in our house she has them on and if any shop we go in sells shoes she has got hers off and is clunking round in them quicker than you can blink and trying to remove the shoes usually ends in a tantrum!

nulnulcat, my DS1 went through a phase of watchign Beauty and the beast at least once a day.

Then we went on to wallace and Gromit.

Of course how could I forget, DS2'sm big passion is Fleecy, his cuddly that I believe he loves more than mummy or daddy (well, it never lets him down or tells him off, does it?)

ds is into churches. He'll go to the church to look inside rather than the park. Everything that makes even a vague ringing sound is the church bells. Last week we visited different churches everyday.
On a less spiritual side he is also a "fun song factory" addict and we make our only tv forays away from cbeebies when it is on.
