Harriet Suzanne?

At the last count I've started 963 threads about being useless not very good at finding a name for our DD.

Harriet is about as close as we've got to agreeing on a name. Suzanne is the middle name regardless.

Opinions please on the name - and please don't just say YES to shut me up and get me off the forum

I have a baby Harriet and I adore the name. Another contender was Susannah so I can't argue with Suzanne. Love it, go for it

I know a gorgeous little Harriet known as Hattie.

Harriet is nice but harriet suzanne is a bit of a mouthful! Not that it matters cos most people don't use their middle names anyway.

DD has two big middle names and is an appalling mouthful but we reasoned that your middle name is not something you use every day so it matters not.

I like Suzanne as a name (and the variations it offers) but the wife doesn't really like it. It was her mum's name so it's in her memory really.

HArriet waas in my top5 girls names but had two boys, so I love it and it is still a bit unusual
I think the 2 names go nicely together. Go for it!

Harriet wouldn't be a name I'd choose but if you can agree, get out the champagne. Hettie or Hattie are ok.

Harriet - lovely. We have a Harriet, universally known as Hattie. her middle name is Kate (which is a family name as i think your Suzanne is). never had any negative comments - it's not hugely popular but not in any way unusual.

Hello everyone! Im Pinsanons wife. I thought it was about time I had my say!!!!

Naming a girl is defo much harder than naming a boy.
Our dd is very petite and cute and I want to give her a name that is girly. Unfortunatly all the names I like HAPPEN to be all the popular ones. Harriet is the only name that we both like although I think we are both not sure our dd is a "Harriet". With our son I just knew he was a Sam straight away but I can't find a name that makes me feel that with our daughter....ahhhhh why is that?
Suzanne is my mothers name which I wanted as a 2nd name in her memory but Im not keen on it otherwise so wouldnt have it as a first name.
