I know a Devon.
On the credits for Judge Judy there's a Babygirl

mrz · 03/08/2008 20:12

We have a boy and girl both called Devon. One of our current children has a little sister who's middle name is Bunny (because of her ears according to dad)

PuppyMonkey · 03/08/2008 20:14

You have a boy AND girl both called Devon?? Doesn't that get a bit confusing??

MrsFluffleHasAWuffle · 03/08/2008 20:15

katiepotatie · 03/08/2008 20:27

heard a woman shout "come here Jubilee!" Was hoping a dog was going to come bounding round the corner, but no it was a little girl!

Roboshua · 03/08/2008 20:28

China-Blue which made me automatically think of a porn star due to Kathleen Turner in some film I can't remember where she plays a protstitute called China-Blue.

gingerninja · 03/08/2008 20:29

My friend teaches a child who has a child called TuPac after the rapper.

Shoshe · 03/08/2008 20:48

DD was Chynna Skye! We did debate Chynna Blue

Roboshua · 03/08/2008 20:53

I've heard of Acon (apparently that's after a rapper I just thought someone had missed an 'r' out!!)

Heard someone shouting in Big W today 'Keno' which I thought was some sort of card game.

However I do call my DS2 Bobbin as a pet name and I've got some funny looks when people obviously assume it's his real name.

hw2004 · 03/08/2008 20:54

L'oreal for a girl (I work on neonatal unit so see a fair few horrors!!)

nancy75 · 03/08/2008 20:55

I know a little boy called Ptolomy

princessglitter · 03/08/2008 21:09

I like Hendrix. Wouldn't use it myself - more of an Oscar/Felix gal, but it is a nice name.

OurHamsterisevil · 03/08/2008 21:17

These are all people / children I know:

Pebbles (girl)
Peaches
Paris (girl)
Mercedes
Raven (girl)
Piper (girl)
Ziggy Boo (boy, I think - child of a friend of a friend)

What a giggle I've had reading everyone's posts! Funny what people think is nice to call their kids!

saggyhairyarse · 03/08/2008 22:01

There was a child called BJ at the swimming pool today.

ten10 · 03/08/2008 22:01
