Thoughts on Cecelia with non Cece, and ideas for a full name for Gigi

What do people think of this? nickname cece or is it too old fashioned? we will call her Cece but will of course get cecelia at school ect.

For reference we have a Rafferty nn Raffy so like slightly different but not unheard of names.

I also love Gigi but can’t find a ‘full’ name I like!!

I know a Giselle that was called Gigi when she was little

Just wondering you are trying to find a long name for shorter name you like?
Why not just call her the shortened version you like?

Have you considered making her initials CC or GG so you can call her CeeCee or GeeGee?

Cecilia is fine I know a couple and they are nn Cece.

Gigi could be short for

genevieve
gianna
georgia
georgina
regina
imogen?

Both ideas are lovely for ..

Cosima Claire
Celia Christobel
Cicely Catherine
Any G G names like
Grace Giselle
Georgia Gwen
Georgina Gretal

Cece and Gigi could easily be nn for girls with those initials eg Celia Clare or Georgina Grace.

My friend Cecilia is often shortened to Cecil or Seals.
Gigi is nice too and I’d probably chose Genivieve for a konger version
there’s also Vivi short for Vivica
