I only like Cleo and Juliette from the list. They're gorgeous names. How about Cassia?

My favourite is Rosalie with Rosie as a nickname.

What about Nina? I would have loved to have called my daughter this as it's a family name but there's another baby Nina in my family.

Edit: I like most names on your list! The one exception being Joanie, which really isn’t me cup of tea tbh.
Rosalie/a, Cleo and Sophia are especially nice.

I like Juliette best, and suggest Josephine.

Niamh is fine - it’s quite common amongst DS’s peers (16/17) in our little corner rural Yorkshire, so I’m sure everyone else can cope. Or use Neve/Nieve.

Wildcard - Zoë?

Either use the name as is or not at all. Bastardising a name isn’t ok.
