I would personally avoid Niamh on the basis that i’ve witnessed lots of occasions of people not having a clue how to pronounce it.

I like Juliette best, and suggest Josephine.

Niamh is fine - it’s quite common amongst DS’s peers (16/17) in our little corner rural Yorkshire, so I’m sure everyone else can cope. Or use Neve/Nieve.
