Crap. I can't think of any boy names I like at all.

If this next baby is a boy it will probably end up being called number 2.

There's one name I really like but DH hates it, and there's not another name I can think of that I'd be happy with.

Anyone else in the same boat? Maybe it'll be a girl, that would be slightly easier...

Boys names are always hard, try looking up some meanings to names that helps, but with my 3 all named weeks before they were born and all of them came out of the delivery suite with a different name, the key is not to panic you have lots of time . my number3 was 2 weeks old before we named him here are some suggestions:-
ROMAN
LELAND
COREY
JOAHA- JOE-HA
LOGAN
CONRAD
ETHAN
MASON
DOULTON
CARLTON
COLE
KYRAN
MORGAN
MADDISON
GARRET
What can i say i like unusual names

Not scandinavian I know but I love the name "Jonah". It means Peace or Dove in Hebrew. A real name but unusual.

laidbackinengland · 10/06/2008 21:28

How about Mingus ?

dorkus · 03/07/2008 14:25

I am in totally the same boat. I have a boy's name I absolutely love but DH doesn't think much of. The only names he can come up with (which aren't that many) I think are just too boring. We were in total agreement about DS's name (both if he was to be a boy or a girl) just hope the next one is a girl as we have some mutual ground there! Just 6 weeks left to go! Oh dear!

seeker · 03/07/2008 14:28

Shubidoo - I know someone called Matthias Martin!

greenelizabeth · 03/07/2008 15:07

Magnus?

I love Jago too. Could you put James on the BC and then sneakily introduce the nn Jago after a week or two.

greenelizabeth · 03/07/2008 15:12

Oh I see Magnus is out of the question. Pity, it's a good one.

Well, I like Fergus and Seamus and Victor, and as of yesterday I like Howard.

Any of those any good? Funny, Seamus is a version of James too! Jago and Seamus are both a bit more, ooooh tell me again! than James though. (Nothing bad about James)

CaptainKarvol · 03/07/2008 15:14
