I’m surprised Maxim is not on the list - I love it but whenever it’s mentioned on here people seem to go on about the men’s magazine so I thought it must be quite rare as a name. It must not bother other parents either though and be more popular than I think! I only know one who’s in his twenties.

Love Bram, Heath and Oren too (even though I’m in Wales where it means orange 🤣), I’m kind of surprised they are so underused.

Does anyone know if middle names count for these lists? Reason I ask is my daughters have my maiden name as a middle name - it's in this list - but only started appearing as a name on lists after I had given it as their middle name.

No, the list only counts names that were used as FIRST names.

Second or middle names don’t count in the statistics

There's a lot of shortenings on there. Alecs would be Alexander and Gabe would be Gabriel. I love Silas and Søren though.
