Twyla - makes me think of the great American ballet dancer, and that's very good: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twyla_Tharp
Phaedra - elegant name with a lovely meaning ('bright') , but such a violent/tragic myth. And 'Fee -dra' or 'Feh-dra'?
Vita - very nice, especially if (as traditionally) short for Victoria.
Eulalie - do you read PG Wodehouse? Famously, in the Jeeves and Wooster books and films etc it's the name of a ladies' underwear shop owned by a stupid 'amateur dictator'. Very nice meaning, however: sweet-speech.
Circe - fab myth but perhaps pronunciation issues?? Do you say 'Kir-keh', which is the original version ( https://www.theoi.com/Titan/Kirke.html ) but might make you look a bit pedantic, or do you say 'Sur-see' and risk appearing ignorant of the great classics/ influenced by a series on TV?
Odette - name of amazingly brave WWII heroine, which is good.
Tansy - nice bright yellow but very strong smell and, in the past, eaten to kill off intestinal worms.
Re boys names, we clearly have different tastes so won't comment, except to say that I've met more than one woman called 'Linden'.
All good wishes
