Baby boy born on Saturday and still doesn’t have a name! Names we do like but can’t use, for various reasons, are Jude, Leo and Joey. Want something similar but a little less popular - any suggestions?

He will be little brother to Bonnie and Thea if that helps…

For those asking for a pic 🤣

Gorgeous. Thank you.

Gorgeous boy and lots of lovely suggestions. We are coming across a lot of boys called Arlo, Finn, Rupert and Raffy at baby groups round here. So if that bothers you (it might not) I would say go for something else.

fandjango · 12/06/2024 14:08

Ahh he's lovely.

What about Rory

How about Marcus? If you like Felix. Or Liam? Has a youthful feel like Joel, and it's not Leo because you said you can't choose it.
It seems you like short and vibrant names, so putting other suggestions here: Miles, Theo, David.

Micah, Rex or Jack.

I'd avoid a name with an "oo" sound which would rules out Reuben, Jules etc. Good luck choosing : it took me weeks to name one of mine and in the end nothing sounded right!

Justleaveitblankthen · 12/06/2024 15:58

Would be consider James?
That was my second choice (after Michael) but my ex vetoed them both 😐

We already know an Arlo but I do think he needs a ‘softer’ name like this as he is very sweet and dainty. Although appreciate it’s early days and that could change 🤣

I’m being drawn to Kit!

I absolutely love the name Kit!

Would have been top of my list but wanted middle name Ian after my dad who died a few years ago…and the paid or names sounds like Kitten!!

He looks like a Kit.💕
