Classic girl names we haven't thought of?!

I've posted a few times on here about our name options so far but unfortunately we're still nowhere. We have a current list of 4 names, two of which I like better and, of course, DH prefers the other two. The names are Alice, Isabel, Lara and Jessica. But as neither of us really likes the other's options we probably need to start again.

We like classic names that have no pronunciation issues, and DH has a "no nature names" rule. We feel like we must have thought of every name that falls into this category - please help us find some that we're missing!

Names I like that DH doesn't: Anna, Rosa, Harriet, Elizabeth, Iris, Emma, Charlotte

Names DH likes: Ava / Evie, Alexandra, Alicia, Chloe

Middle name is already decided after a family member and baby's sister is Matilda.

I’d guess the sister of a Matilda to have a similarly “strong” name, since it makes me think of the Empress, followed by the Dahl character. The obvious one would probably be Eleanor, since that makes me think of Eleanor of Aquitaine.

Or possibly other queenly/empress names like Elizabeth, Emma (realise your DH does not like these two), Caroline, Victoria, Isabella, Josephine, Christina, Henrietta, or less well known ones like Beatrix, Roxana ,Philippa, Sibyl,Adelaide, Augusta etc Many of these have strong literary links too.

Or you could go down the Roman Empress/Consort route- Julia, Claudia, Maria, Helena, Antonia, Theodora etc

Thank you all so much for these suggestions. Lots of food for thought there - I've definitely been reminded of some names I suggested to DH the first time round so will try to see if I can get any of them past him again!

Also reinforced that I quite like Catherine/Katherine so might try bringing that one up again. I had dismissed Isabella as too frilly, but actually the reminder of its royal and literary connections means perhaps that could be an alternative to Isabel (though doesn't solve the popularity issue, which is my main problem with that name!).

Pleased to see my own name has been mentioned several times here too! As has our cat's name! So clearly there is some family unity in terms of names already!
